Their GLP-3 gives me a terrible headache each week on the day after administering. Literally puts me on the sofa all day. It’s happened on at least four occasions. Don’t know what the problem could be.

I’m a real review from PHX Arizona, not a bot. Or a paid 3rd party to help this company. I got what I paid for and I researched this company long and hard. They have real reviews across instragram and TikTok. Their prices are high though. But their NAD+ specifically is respectably pure and results show fast. I also bought their B12 which is also pure and real. I bought Selank and Semax. Also good. Melanotan-2 strong and thrilling. This cite is trustworthy but they do not carry enough peptides in stock which has caused me searching for other places. They need more inventory. But they are a strong competitor

I have been using Atomiklabz for a year now after I used the same product from a compound pharmacy. Atomik works 💯 better. They have great customer service, and always are QUICK to reply. And their prices are the lowest out there which keep me coming back. I love their product, quick replies, customer service and PRICES.

Placed 1st order and immediately got an acknowledgement. When shipped they sent a text with the tracking number and within an hour they acknowledged it was incorrect and sent me the right number. The package arrived well packed and professional looking. The product feels like it is doing what it should. I'll follow up with some blood work to confirm but I will be ordering again from them.

After multiple bad customer service engagements with this company I have found the lack of communication is astounding and experienced long order confirmation times. After dropping three grand here over the last several months, then now waiting 48 hours for a simple confirmation email is unacceptable. If they’re unable to handle their business volume, they need to fix it. Stay away from Jeffrey Robinson “biohacking expert” as an unscrupulous affiliate for them.

Always fast delivery of real authenticated products. Also love their monthly specials.

I’ve been using Atomik Labz for well over a year. They have very competitive pricing and offer several promotions throughout the year. Their customer service has been incredible. They combined orders placed a day apart to save me on shipping (at my request) and then when a BOGO item was missing, they quickly shipped it to me in spite of their packing slip showing it was in there.

I’ve been using them for a year and they keep getting better! I originally picked them out because of consumer reviews and pricing and I’m glad I did. Shipping is always quick and the quality of the peptides I’ve purchased has been great. Highly recommend

Been ordering from them for over a year, after seeing the test results on Finnrick. I've Ordered CJC 1295/ipamorelin, Reta, BPC-157 TB-500, KPV. Never 1 issue. I have emailed after I place an order to add on and customer service has worked with me and been able to add on without any problems. The Shipping has always been quick and fast.

I ordered the selank and semax nasal kit and both vials of 10 ml deionized water that came with the kit was only able to pull out 8ml. 2 ml shy from 10ml vial. Crappy customer service. Sent email to let them know they should do some random testing instead they don’t really care and just want photos of what was already mixed which really don’t show anything!

Don’t buy from this company.

I placed an order during their 2-for-1 sale, and the promo code was accepted at checkout — which clearly means my order was placed before the deadline. If it were after the deadline, the promo code wouldn’t have worked at all.

Despite that, they’re now claiming my order came in after the promotion ended. I even emailed them a screenshot/photo of my order confirmation showing the promo applied, and they still refused to honor the offer they advertised.

In my opinion, they made a mistake and simply don’t want to admit they’re wrong, and they’re pushing that mistake onto the customer instead. Terrible customer service, zero accountability. I do not trust this company and will never order from them again.

I’ve been using this company for about a year now. The quality of the products I receive are excellent. My sales associate is Renee Lee and she is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The turnaround time from ordering to receiving my product is only a matter of days! I highly recommend this company and Renee as their associate!

Ordered from them for a while researching and the products were fine. Got one product that was clearly not up to standard which was an expensive one so I emailed them about a potential replacement or refund. In the past other vendors have quickly helped in this situation. This vendor however terminated me from using them for violating terms of service. When I even clearly stated I was using them for research purposes that didn’t violate their terms. This is some of the exact email I received “we have found that you have violated the disclaimer outlined in our terms and conditions. Specifically, implying a human/animal use, informing us that you are using our products for reasons outside the scope of research "weight loss/gain".” How can your scope of practice need to be “weight loss/gain” yet meet the criteria of research without test subject use? What’s the point of selling research products when you can’t research with them?

Company terminated my account after I reached out about an allergic reaction. Instead of acknowledging my concerns or looking into the issue they sent a boilerplate legal reply terminating me for "violating" their disclaimer. Nowhere in my message to them did I indicate the peptide was used for anything other than scientific purposes, so this response is concerning. I will not use them again.

VERY helpful customer service! Their website has some issues seemingly with placing orders for peptides and paying by credit card. But if you call their customer service line, they are so helpful and ready to make things right. Also they show purity tests for all their peptides. Would highly recommend.
