Wasting my time
Called off work so they can set up my internet, they never showed up. Thank you AT&T once again it goes to show why VERIZON is better.
Untrained phone reps
My call was to transfer service to a new address because I'm moving. The initial rep I spoke with started an order for new service which automatically charges $47. He was certain that the fee was mandatory though I told him it stated online that there was no fee to transfer service. Then he put in an order to transfer from my current address to my current address...yes. He set up an order for them to start service at my old address where I currently had service already. Then he froze up and gave me a number for customer service to call them to fix it. I called the second rep who confirmed that it cost nothing to transfer and she made the order for the new address transfer. Now I'm worried that there'll be a bill for this mistake. Also for the third move in a row I have to call a technician and I just don't see how it can always be this difficult to move.
Professional install of equipment
The system appears to be working well thanks to the professional attitude and attention to detail exhibited by the installer.
Awesome Installer
We had the pleasure of having Roy as our ATT installer. He not only took the time to install our product but explained how everything worked and made sure everything was in good working order before he left. He is definately an asset to your company. Great Customer service.
Disappointed!
I switched from TWC hoping to be pleasantly surprised with the service of ATT. Unfortunately, I haven't been pleased. First my appointment got scheduled for the wrong time. I called back to have it rescheduled. Next, when the technicians came, they encountered a problem that couldn't be resolved same day and had no time estimate for how long it would take to resolve. I had to call back to the main service center and they told me 5 business days. A whole week without interest is a great inconvienience, especially when I scheduled the installation for a day when I knew I could be home from work. Very disappointed this far.
New Customer
I was offered a great package at a great price. Only down fall was i was not offered a tablet. When a friend of mine who called a week before me to get service with smaller package was offered one.
Great Service!
I HAD NO IDEA WE COULD HAVE ALL WIRELESS SYSTEM FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE DVR AND THE NEW PHONE LINE!!! Thanks to our installer we had a great experience and love it! He went the extra mile to make sure everything was done and even had to make an extra trip to the service center to get extra parts on the same day...a great example of terrific Customer SERVICE!!!

The good and the bad
I was setting up my services to begin a home business. I was told that I could change the set up date to an earlier date if necessary, however I was unable to accomplish this. I called three seperate days and each time was told that there were no cancellations and no earlier dates that I could receive the materials to install the services. It delayed my ability to meet some business deadlines and I almost considered canceling my services. I also was told I would receive a $25 visa gift card with my order, however I have not recieved the gift card. The person whom took my initial order was kind, professional, and knowledgable. He was able to answer all of my questions and to make good reccomendations based on my needs. When I had technical difficulties with the set up of my services I was able to receive a next day visit from a technician and my problem was resolved along with him registering my services online as well as informing me of what was going on (I was at work when he visited my home while my roommate was there) while he worked out the issue.
Unhappy Customer
I switched over from Comcast to uverse, thinking customer service would be better!! But I was so wrong!! They scheduled appt for installation and I kept on getting reminders throughout the week n the day of installation,but NO ONE should up!! When I called they said for some reason my installation date was changed to 12-13-2037!!! Heck I don't even know if I'll be alive at that time!! They really didn't do anything to FIX the problem,kept putting me on hold for 15-20 mins,I had to call back twice. I spent more than hour n a half, with no result!! I was so furious!! I would not recommend them to anyone!! I cancelled everything with them!!
Not impressed!
Just signed up for installation and new service with AT&T. They sent me an email, they re-scheduled my installation for a month later and during the middle of a work day and changed my phone number which was my primary request to keep the same. Now they keep telling me they can't change the new number to my old number under service is connected. I guess they want me to sign the two year contract before they can the say they are not going to give me my existing number. Bummed! : (
Hasn't work since hook up
I had the internet hooked up at my new apartment last Tuesday. The technician was at my place for almost 2 hours. WiFi connection was working when he left, then about 1 hour later it would not connect and I am still unable to connect. It has been 6 days. I was on the phone on hold for 10 minutes and supposedly the issue will be resolved tomorrow.

Waiting forever to connect to the right department
Att really sux I called a few times to try to change my phone number and each time it took over an hour to connect to a live person and then it ended up to not be the right department!when I first signed up the sale rep. Promise I can change my number once I recieved my email confirmation since he couldn't do the search for the number for me. Gosh did I know it was so troublesome to even connect to the right department. I am opening a new business and just want to customize my number and up until now I still couldn't do it!if there is another landline service I would use it instead of att!u sux!!
Hard to Review something you don't have
I think it is poor service to reschedule someone's installation without giving them any notice at all. Not in an e-mail, a phone call or text. I can't write a review because I do not have anything installed as yet. Maybe try again later after I have something to review.
Horrible phone service, Excellent field service.
3 hours and 12 minutes total to put in a simple Bundle order.
Very hard to understand some of the phone techs.
Very long, miserable experience with multiple people.
On the other hand the field technician Joey Burns was exceptional, as good as it gets.
horible setup and customer support
I applied for service about a week ago and was told, the next available installation date was September 8, I gave all my card information to the representative...and was told everything was processed and ready for install between 2pm - 4pm and I would receive a courtesy call.. well today is September 8, no courtesy call, no service installed, and after waiting 45 minutes on the phone I was told by another representative my order wasn't processed... Att is the only provider in my area but I would rather not have any service than horrible service!!!!!! I would rate with no stars if I could
