As first-time buyers, we went into the process knowing very little about what to expect, and there were definitely moments where the delays that made us wonder if we were ever going to get to the finish line.

Overall the sale of the property went through without too many problems. Communication could have been better and completion of forms could have been done sooner instead of a few days before exchange and completion. Other than the above service was good and I would use Attwells again.

Very happy with the service first rate solicitor
Really liked my solicitor Jack he explained everything and where there were problems he came up with solutions. Will definitely recommend him to anyone who is buying a house. He made the whole process of selling easy and he didn’t make you feel foolish when asking questions. He is now dealing with another property for me and also others in the future, I hope as I sell off my rental properties.
The whole team work as a team not as individuals. This is rare these days.
