Very disappointed with my purchase. The actual colour of the product is completely different from what was shown online, with a very significant colour difference. It looks nothing like the colour I saw when I ordered it.
I understand that colours can sometimes vary slightly between screens and real life, but this is far beyond a slight difference. I’m very disappointed with the product and the inaccurate colour representation online.

Product is great. Can't fault it. Delivery dates always push out. If you need it in a hurry, go in store somewhere.

customer support is worse than useless
The delivery service and customer support were atrocious. Said the package was delivered at 6am with no evidence and it wasn't there. Took 3 weeks to get customer service to investigate and send a replacement

Absolutely atrocious delivery service
Absolutely atrocious delivery service. I have waited three weeks for an order with very little communication on progress. A refund has now been refused as they are still trying to find the package. I don't care about their shoddy internal logistics, that's a them problem. I want my money back.

the package was meant to be delivered to a post office to be collected. it was returned back to the owner stupid as f. This is the second time it happened.

Website bug and delivery issues
First thing first.
When i tried to pay i could not and there was hold and the website is just bullocks very confusing.
Another thing the delivery is shit as takes ages to come and no option for express 2-3 days delivery

I LOVE the protein drops!!!
I LOVE the protein drops. I use them every day in my coffee (the strawberry and banana are my faves followed closely by toffee and white chocolate) and like genuinely would cease to have a good day without them. 10/10 if ur like me and would love to be buying specialty coffees every day but can’t afford it. Also incredible customer service AND the app is super easy to use. Was my favourite protein too (before I had to start avoiding gluten) so honestly just don’t bother looking anywhere else.
