Do not use this company
Do not use this company! It is not Aubrey London, but a company using their name. They are based in China. The items will be a very low quality version of what you see online. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is trading as Aubrey London, but they are definitely not a London based Company.
3 days ago I received my purchase bad…
3 days ago I received my purchase bad quality doesn’t even look like on the picture which they show on website not even closer to that . Now I tried returning and no one answer my emails for returning form and where to . So I stocked wity no wanted shorts and top but I want my money back !!! Is anyone knows what yo do now ??? I’m sooo angry !!!!
If i could give zero stars i would
If i could give zero stars i would. The fabric of the dress is like a hairdresser’s gown and the stitching looks like a 5 year old did it. And nobody responds to my return request. Might as well have flushed the money down the toilet.
Awful material and badly and cheaply…
Awful material and badly and cheaply made clothes. Look nothing like the advertisement.
They ship from China so take ages but sold under the pretence that their London shop is closing and it is stock from London shop that is being sold off cheaper. I’d send the goods back if it was not such a faff.
Please do not purchase from this…
Please do not purchase from this website. The items they send are of VERY poor quality. They are based in China and mislead you to believe they are based in London. When you try to return the poor quality item, that's when they reveal they are base in China and do not cover the cost of returns to China, so it actually turns out that once you get the poor product, the price of the return to China is actually more than you paid for the original item.
Aubury London is actually Aubury China. This is a deliverate deception…
First of all Aubury London has nothing whatsoever to do with London. It is a Chinese based company with no address in the UK.
There is no reference on their website that if you want to return anything you have to send it (at your expense) to a warehouse in China. This should be clearly shown on their website.
Finally - because things are coming from China - their delivery times are long ( more then 2 weeks) and unreliable - ie they tell you they are delivering and they do not. Also the tracking process they offer you looks very dodgy and so you do not want to access it.
Don’t buy!
Awful quality clothing, nothing like the pictures.
Asked for refund and advised I needed to return to China and pay for the postage. Alternative was they refunded 10% of purchase price. Don’t buy from them, complete rip off
Think I’ve just been conned
Think I’ve just been conned. I ordered a shirt over a week ago (16th April) got 3 emails in very quick succession telling me it was on its way. That was 10 days ago! Just checked via the Shop app and it’s telling me the goods are on an “outbound flight”!!! They say there’s a support email address so sent them a query as to where my shirt is.. I have a nasty feeling! My advice is it’s probably a con. Avoid at all costs.Addendum - had a reply from them but I believe it’s a bot as signed my name at the bottom and the reply started “Hi there” so clearly it can’t do names. Not that I believe it but it said the order “should” be with you in 5 days. Yeah right!
Aubury London and Harper Manchester…
Aubury London and another one Harper Manchester - both selling the exact same clothes. Both saying they are closing down. They even have a photograph of the owners, but shops are completely unrelated. Looks suspicious. I would avoid like the plague. They dont appear to be genuine shops.
Something VERY DODGY here!!!
This company is advertising its 'final sale' after 29 years of trading in London.
Lovely photos of very stylish women's clothing (also men's) on the 'front page' along with a number of scrolling 5 star Trustpilot reviews - that's my first warning signal, because - on Trustpilot - as you can see there are NO reviews at all.
There's no size guide - so you buy S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL with no idea what that means, and none of the fabrics are properly listed. Descriptions are akin to 'high quality breathable fabric' but no fabric content! A lot of the dresses are the same shot with a different colour or fabric pasted on and there's only one shot of each product.
Looking at delivery, we are told that everything is processed within 24 to 48 hours - but there's no actually delivery information.
I did a reverse image search on Google and found a number of items available elsewhere at far less than the 'final sale' price, which is apparently 70% off. For example, one top was £35.79 (or similar) on Aubury website and £26+ on Amazon - with delivery between 3rd and 5th May.
Weirdly, when I went back to facebook, where I discovered this site, I found within minutes another message telling me about 'Camillas' - and guess what!!! Camilla's is also running it's final sale after 20-something years of trading and many of the products are exactly the same - the website looks identical to the other one.
There is no physical address for either company - even though there is a 'photograph' of the shop in London - apparently!
I'd suggest avoiding this lot like the plague.
