I received the credit code immediately after placing the order, and it was the same as the one I bought from Audible. I really regret not knowing about this website sooner; I wasted so much money on Audible before.

I made a mistake and copied the code incorrectly, so, naturally, nothing worked at first. I contacted customer support, expecting to receive the usual automated responses, but a real person replied and helped me resolve the situation. The problem was resolved quite quickly, and everything worked after that.

Scammers! My Audible account got banned the next day after I redeemed the code.

So originally they made a mistake with my order and I only got one credit and then a link that didn’t work. I wrote to customer support they fix the error immediately within 15 minutes my problem was solved. Great customer service.

I have an Audible addiction. (Hey! It's not alcohol, drugs, or with a few exceptions, craft supplies!) Being able to refill the credit coffers at 1/2 the discounted credit price allows me to put my limited cash flow into important things, like the mortgage, buying food for the dog, and keeping my bookcases full of new, pretty shelf trophies!! Instant delivery. I did have to go into the website to upload the codes - #firstworldproblems. Seriously- at less than $5/book, this is THE way to getting recent books unless you can get them from the library.
