I went to this clinic about a month ago to get ear molds done for swim ear plugs so that they could make me custom-made ear plugs for swimming. They made me pay the full amount for it up front which was $240. and they told me that the earplugs would be ready in about two weeks. Two weeks came and passed and still they were not ready. I called them repeatedly for weeks and asked when are the ear plugs going to be ready and they kept telling me repeatedly that they still did not come in the mail. They also told me that the earplugs are non-refundable. If they could not guarantee the product in a timely manner then they should not have charged me for it in the first place. They could have charged a small deposit and not the whole amount or not charged me at all. A month has passed and I still I have not received the ear plugs and still they do not know when I will receive them. Still after all these weeks, I still have not received a product that I paid for upfront. This is a bad bad company and a bad bad clinic. Think twice before going here. They are horrible and unprofessional.

Audiology Island, The Best! The best service, the best people, the doctors are awesome, everything! We come here for years, I would never go anywhere else. And thank God my husband can hear! Thank you! Thank you doc, you’ve been the best! This is amazing, curb side service, and I get a meal with it, I thought so but I didn’t. I got hearing aids, you come and feel safe. Everything is clean, they change gloves continuously. Come on down, hearing is fine!

I just want to say what a pleasure it's been coming here to Audiology Island. It has literally been a God's send. I didn't realize how bad my hearing loss was. My children kept scolding me, and finally my daughter did a wonderful thing, she brought me here 2 years ago, and my life has not been the same since. I can hear, I can go out to different places and hear what they are saying, and it's just been amazing. And now, i don't even know how I ever did without it. If you are hesitating, as I did, I can only tell you... Please don't hesitate, you must try this because it's absolutely amazing! I did not want to do this, I fought it, as much as I could I fought it, but then when my daughter put down the hammer and said, "This is it!" we came, and thank God that we did, because this is the best, absolute best thing that I have experienced. I'm 75 years old, that is not a joke, it is old, and I am telling you that this was the improvement that I needed, and I'm grateful for this fabulous fabulous company. Dr. Shapiro and Dr. Fulman, they are wonderful! I can highly recommend them to anyone! I think you will be as grateful as I am if you did come. Honestly, I can not say enough!

Hello, my name is Cathy Ventri, and I've been coming to Audiology Island for quite some time. I'm quite pleased with the service I've received. I've been using hearing aids for at least 15 years, and I believe that people who have trouble hearing should be excited to obtain hearing aids and not embarrassed to wear them since it's the best thing you can do for yourself. And I am grateful for everything they have done for me. It's a joy to meet you.

I'd like to tell you about a situation that occurred in my life. For a long time, my family insisted that I wasn't hearing properly. As a result, they assigned me to Audiology Island. So I came in and met with Dr. Stella Fulman, who examined my condition, checked me, and determined that I needed hearing aids. Now that I have hearing aids, my life has changed dramatically! My family should not constantly tell me that I am not listening to them or that I am not hearing what they are saying because I am. They don't really want me to say things they don't want me to hear! But thanks to Audiology Island, I'm back in tune with everything!
