I received my valve kit in a timely…
I received my valve kit in a timely manor, considering it was shipped from ENG to mid-USA. A couple of weeks. No damage. The vacuum tubes did make the music very distorted in the first couple of minutes of installation, then it went away. The valves took about 20 hours to burn in and then I noticed a vast improvement in the level of musical detail and stereo imaging over the original Chinese valves. Very good experience all in all.

Phil was incredibly helpful
Phil from Audiozomba was incredibly helpful with my order and went far beyond the expected service. He helped me with an issue I was having getting replacement tubes for my Schiit Valhalla 2 Tube amplifier and replied to all my messages almost instantly over the space of 2 weeks. I couldn't recommend Audiozomba more especially for specific hard to get hifi items and also for the exceptional service they provide.

Best company ever
Best company ever accidentally received the wrong parcel so phoned them up and they refunded my postage so I could send the parcel to its correct owner then I got a free upgrade as the product I ordered was out of stock so I got 100 sleeves instead of 50

Fast delivery, but....
We ordered a set of replacement tubes - in total 3 tubes. When we received the set, we noticed that the combination of tubes had been reversed, so we returned 2 tubes and asked for 2 new, correct version tubes. AudioZomba refused to pay for the return shipping, even though they caused this situation. Not very proffessional.

However, you offered to cover the return shipping (because you used next day service from Sweden at an extortionate price, without our consultation) and didn't send all the tubes back which we requested. Please see copy and paste from your email of 3rd August, 2022:

Just send us the missing tubes, please: Two matched 6N1P-v Voskhod/Reflektor Plant Vintage vacuum Tubes. We can pay for the return shipping.
'We have kept one Tungsol 12AX7 as that is part of the Vincent SV-237 Upgrade Kit and there is no need to return both of them…
