Excellent customer service
Have placed two orders of multiple matched pair tubes. Both orders delivered fast and very well packed. One tube turned out to be a bit noisy and has been replaced with a new matched pair by AudioZomba without fuss and free of charge.

The place to go for hifi vacuum tubes
Ordered some upgraded vacuum tubes for my Chinese made pre amp to replace the originals and they are great, a noticeably warmer sound. Delivery was fast and very well packed. I also ordered a new stylus cleaning brush and fluid along with some cork vibration isolators and again, very good quality and a happy customer.
