Disappointed
Disappointed. My pink hat box seemed very small. I also ordered a Queens box as well. The delivery timescale was great however (despite 3 emails to the company) there was absolutely no communication or replies from them whatsoever. Id be hesitant to order again

Thank you for your honest feedback. The 340g Pink Hat Box is a double-layer selection and one of our largest hat boxes, so we haven't had a complaint about its size before.
With regard to your emails, these were sent over the bank holiday weekend and immediately afterwards, when we were experiencing a particularly busy period with some staff away. Unfortunately they were missed — something that rarely happens, as most customers comment positively on our service. We are really sorry that you didn't get a reply.

Incredible chocolates
Incredible chocolates. If you are old enough to remember the Thornton strawberry fondant pig and wondered what it would be like with insanely good chocolate and filling made with real ingredients, then I suggest you order some of the strawberry fondants.
Presentation and packaging are extremely high end. I’d be very happy to give this as a gift to someone.
Owner got back to me very quickly when I had a query about delivery and I had them in my hand two days later and “accidentally” ate two of them for breakfast. It’s important to test these things. I have a few other flavours to try as well….

New favourite chocolates and sweet…
New favourite chocolates and sweet treats! The perfect milk chocolate, so smooth and delicious. The coconut ice is incredible, and I know will be a new staple. The packaging is beautiful and has so many thoughtful details, so much so that I will definitely be reusing the boxes when I’ve finished with them (which won’t take long!)

Absolutely love these chocolates. Customer service is also really good. I ordered about a week before I needed to gift them and got concerned as I had no despatch details. After emailing I received a reply within hours stating they delayed shipping due to extreme heat which hadn’t even occurred to me, but had upgraded my delivery to 24 hours to arrive in time. Thought this was a really nice personal touch ensuring the product arrives perfectly as it should.
The chocolates looked so amazing I decided to treat myself to a box, two orders in as many weeks and I’m so happy I stumbled across Audrey’s.
