I ordered my Auraglow whitening pen and forgot to use my discount code. I sent a message to customer service asking for an adjustment and Dale responded quickly and made the adjustment. That's 5 star service in my book! I love the whitening pen as much as I love coffee.

I received my Auraglow whitening kit today and so far I am very impressed! Day 1: I already see results! I cannot wait to see day 7! This has been a life changer already!!! Thank you Auraglow!

I had an amazing interaction with Auraglow's support team (specifically a rep named Dale) following a recent issue with their LED Teeth Whitening kit. Dale was very prompt, courteous and personable. He is a great representative for the company.

I’m an Auraglow girl for life! Bought mine in 2020 and used once for a week with perfectly white teeth that stayed white so long, I just pulled it out to use again last week. Sadly, the light did not come on, so I contacted Auraglow support. Before I could even ask for a replacement light, one was in the mail to me. What customer service! And 2 years later! So impressed! Useful for getting in-between the spaces of your teeth. It has helped a bit more in comparison to just strips alone. Overall, I didn’t see much of a difference, especially once I stopped. It does help a little while using it.

I AM OBSESSED! I have tried every whitening system you can think of. Professional, one from my dentist that I take home, the lights, the strips.. and the strips from Auraglow are my absolute favorite. I was like WHAT JUST HAPPENED after the very first strip. The results were instant, and only got better. I had zero sensitivity and I cannot imagine myself using any other brand. Not to mention their customer service is superb. I have already told 3 people about these and will continue to do so! GET THEM!

Had some questions about their product and they helped me sort out the issue fairly quickly.

Easy to use product, no sensitivity, I do feel that you have to use a bit more of the gel for better results that are suggested, but works great.

Gentle on the teeth and gums . Improvement after several uses . Wish it had a cap to save left over .

I had an issue with the light and they replaced it immediately.

Has an issue with the tubes of whitener. They had split. Contacted Auraglow and Dale sorted it out really quickly and easily. Free f charge. Recommended.

Teeth are significantly whiter, especially after day 2 & 3. Was using whitening strips every day with little results and happy to have this product for a fair price. The mouthpiece is stubborn and doesn't go on and stay on easily, but it gets better once you get used to it. Highly recommend.

Aside from a few hiccups, so far so good.
