The bracelet was lovely albeit a little tight on my wife's wrist.

I contacted Auree and they immediately offered to extend it and once they received it they then did the work and the bracelet was back in a few days!

My only comment being it might be a good idea to give size options so that people can choose a longer bracelet in necessary.

This company has truly excellent customer service. Fast delivery and so responsive when you contact them.

I am really pleased with my lovely Topaz bracelet which matches other jewellery I have. It was beautifully packaged and arrived very quickly. My only slight disappointment is that it isn’t a bit longer as I would like to have a little dangly bit of chain after the clasp. The clasp was also very fiddly to do up so I am leaving it on all the time.

This was my first order from this company and it was very positive. I ordered the Barcelona March Blue Topaz Birthstone Necklace and it’s just lovely with the gold station beaded chain and the blue topaz is clear. The quality is amazing & the shipping was overseas to the USA was prompt.

Stunning ring. Excellent dispatch and communication. Sadly just that bit too tight on my (admittedly) large hands. So disappointing but not the brand’s fault.

I got a very prompt response when I enquired about replacing an earring I had lost. Unfortunately one wasn’t available but I went with a recommendation for a pair with same setting in a slightly different tone. I received them by mail in a few days.

Luckily I bought in the sale, both pendants are tiny - definitely not worth full price

Nice jewellery, good selection,fairly priced and great customer service. They are prompt and polite, you can't really ask for much more. You can tell whoever runs this company cares about it a lot as they are replying to emails in the evening.

Delighted with the speedy service and my daughter was really pleased with the earrings which she herself had chosen. They are very pretty and I thought a reasonable price.
