I ordered two Taylor Swift piano…

I ordered two Taylor Swift piano calendars Dec 6 for Christmas. They arrived late on Dec 29. I then see an additional charge of 29.99, with no explanation of charge on my card. Attempts to contact were unsuccessful and was again charged 29.99 with no explaination. I disputed charge with American Express and found I was
enrolled in a VIP membership. This was a one time purchase and I didn't realize it involved a recurring membership. I'm now having trouble canceling as customer support is nonexistent. I never planned to purchase anything else from this company and am certain I never will.

As posted on this site, I did receive a nice reply from A & B with an apology for my issues. In addition, they have credited my card with the “membership fee”.
While I will not do business with this company again & I do not recommend anyone doing so either, I do commend them for resolving the erroneous charge they made to my account.

SCAM! STAY AWAY, DO NOT ORDER!

UPDATE: Aurelle & Bloom cancelled and refunded the order (which was never received) and the membership at the end of January 2025. I was charged again in March 2025 and subsequently refunded (at a loss because of the USD to CAD conversion rate). Have reached out to the company AGAIN because I have zero faith they aren't going to continue to charge me.
Canadian resident, I knew the company was listed as USA but was willing to pay the exchange as it said free shipping. Order placed December 3rd. Sent an email to follow up about the order on December 13th, company replied December 20th saying shipping was delayed due to Canada Post Strike, I figured fair enough, I can wait. Canada Post Strike ended December 17th. Still no order by December 30th, sent a second email. No reply. Third email sent January 6th. Then on January 15th I realized my card had been charged TWO ADDITIONAL CHARGES after the purchase December 17th and January 16th (originally listed as "pending" on the 15th). Sent a FOURTH email January 15th and said I would be disputing the charges with my credit card company.

Finally received a reply on January 28th to say I was automatically enrolled in a membership with a monthly subscription service. They cancelled the membership and order that was never received. Reimbursed the original order charge. Reimbursed partial amount of ONE of the TWO subscription fees ($38.19). Fighting to get back the outstanding $50.02.

This website is very obviously a SCAM, they may actually fulfill orders but I guarantee they are taking advantage of buyers hoping people will not notice the monthly charges to their credit cards. Hiding the enrollment information under "terms and conditions" at check out or in a confirmation email is NOT OK, it needs to be CLEARLY stated that you are being automatically registered for a membership with a monthly subscription.

I wish I had done more research before purchasing from this site. Shame on me for not being more diligent but even more shame on the company for taking advantage of buyers.

Jan 4th order for pajamas

Placed an order on Jan 4th for pajamas on website. Received confirmation text Jan. 4. Money was taken from my account on Jan. 6. When I login to A & B website, it says I have no orders. When I try to track my order using the order number they texted to me, it says "no tracking info". When I click on the text confirmation, Shopify tells me as of Jan 15th "on its way" and that my e-mail address, the same one I used to place the order, does not have permission to manage this order. Be warned - Do NOT order from them. I am not even sure they are a legit company. Very disappointed!!!

I did in fact receive an email with tracking info that shows my package in Roanoke on January 29th. We shall see. Hoping I receive soon. Did appreciate response from company.

This is my second review of Aurelle &…

This is my second review of Aurelle & Bloom, and I am posting it as an update to my review of 1/17/25. After my last review, I finally received a response to my emails to A&B. In the response, I was advised that my “membership fees” would be reimbursed in full and that if there was no movement in the tracking of my order by 1/24/25, to email back for “a replacement or a refund.” There continues to be no movement on the shop’s tracking system, which indicates my order has been in Chicago since 1/6/25. Of course, USPS, UPS and FedEx do not recognize the “tracking number” provided by A&B. I believe that, had I so chosen, I could have walked to Chicago and picked up my order by now — if in fact it actually existed, which I doubt.

I have messaged A&B twice this week to request a refund of my order as well as the “membership fee” charged on 12/19/24. I will note that the “membership fee” which was pending at the time of my last review is no longer there, but I am still out $60 for an order I never received.

Unfortunately, one star is the lowest rating that is possible to leave. Do not ever order anything from this “company.” It is a scam. I wish that I had read the reviews before I ordered, but I hope someone else can learn from my mistake.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! I ordered from them December 12th and still haven't received anything. I have emailed several times and no response. This company is a SCAM.
Update: After reading their reply, I once again provided them with the information and still NOTHING.
Repeat-DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Update: They have sent emails stating that my package was delivered and I’ve responded several times that it wasn’t. I stated many times that I have cameras on the outside of my house and disputed the charge and received a refund. Do NOT buy from this scam company.

Wrong product received, no replies, and hidden monthly fee

I also ordered Taylor Swift pajamas for holiday gifts, along with many people listed in the comments below. I ordered 3 ADULT size pajamas and I received 3 CHILD size pajamas. I have contacted them by email 4 times and also left a phone message and have had no replies. After coming to this site, I discovered that people were being charged a monthly fee for a membership they did not sign up for. The same thing has happened to me. They charged me on 12/12/24 for the product and then again on 12/25/24 for a fee of $29.99. LIke everyone else, it appears I will have to go through my credit card company to attempt to be reimbursed for all of these charges and I also plan to file a complaint with the FTC. Do not purchase anything from this company. Read these reviews.

Did Not Receive Product

I bought pajamas off their website. After waiting for 3 weeks I contacted their customer service and was told I would get an email once it shipped. My credit card was then charged again so I contacted them to be reimbursed but did not get a response after many attempts. I ended up having to go through Visa to get reimbursed for both charges and never heard back from the company.

Definitely a scam company

I had ordered pjs in December 2024that were never received. Checked my credit card charges and I was also charged $29.99 membership fee that I had no idea was signed up for (like many others) this company clearly is a scam try to make everyone think they are in the USA even have a 🇺🇸 on their website but are clearly not in the USA I have tried getting information regarding this but very difficult to even find someone to speak with. I am checking with credit card company regarding this charge and have also filed a report on them with the Federal Trade Commission regarding their practices so tired of all these online companies trying to pretend you are ordering within the United States DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY wish I checked this site before ordering from them like my daughter suggested lesson learned 🤦‍♀️

This site is a total SCAM

This site is a total SCAM! I repeat SCAM!! Do not purchase anything from this China based so called store. I ordered TS pajamas for my Granddaughter. $32.99. It took 6 weeks to finally get a message via SHOP that it had been delivered 2 hours ago. It WAS NOT delivered. Nowhere to be found. Also I was charged $29.99 a few days later after my order and I believe it’s for a membership I DID NOT order!! Tried calling their support number but they’re not taking phone calls now as they’re swamped!! I’m sure they are!!! Please don’t be scammed!!

SCAM....

It has been almost a month since I ordered. No merchandise.

It has been almost a month since I placed my order. I have emailed them three times, because I saw that they automatically sign everyone up for some vip membership, and they charged me anyway. They did remove the charge when I threatened reporting them to the state Attorney General’s office. I’m positive that I saw it was an American country before I ordered, but my order, if it comes, is coming from China. There is no one in customer service to help. This is a total scam company.

No Merchandise Delivered

I placed an order with Arielle and Bloom on December 7, 2024 hoping I would get merchandise before Christmas. I still have not received my order. I have reached out to company multiple times with no response. Please do not order from this company.

No customer service- bad experience

We ordered pajamas for a Christmas gift. They took over a month to come. We were charged an additional $29.99 AFTER being charged for the pajamas (a hidden membership fee that we did not consent to). We have been unable to get in contact with anyone via phone or email at this company. Terrible exeperience. Do not purchase from them.

Complete scam

Complete scam. Never received a thing i ordered. Charged for 2 sets of TS Pajamas and then a membership charge weeks later. Tracking eventually says it was delivered but that did not happen. Multiple emails and calls later finally got refunded.

Like everyone else

Like everyone else, I ordered on Dec 26,2024, I too noticed the extra charge and complained to my bank. I put in a fraud complaint about the charge on Jan 13 and promptly cancelled my card. At this point I still hadn’t received my item. I went to web site and all my information, including my account number had been erased! ( at this point I only disputed the vip fee) The very next day I got a usps delivery notice and tracking number from Texas, ok I thought the item was still on route. Imagine my surprise when I got another notice from usps my package didn’t have postage and notify the sender for further action! Ok sender let’s see some action!!! DONT BUY HERE!!!! Have fun dealing with my bank!

I have an update since I wrote this review. I received the following notice from usps, and with the help of a parcel tracking ap it was tracked back to my original tracking number from Aurelleandbloom.
According to the USPS, my package has been seized by the government for counterfeit postage and will not be delivered. I have since talked with my postmaster to confirm this fact. This company is wrought with fraudulent practices on all levels!
Oh and be carefull, they are selling the same items on Amazon under another store name!

Update:aurelle and bloom refunded all my money in full after I froze my credit card and placed fraud charges with my bank!

DISGUSTING, SHADY COMPANY. DO NOT PURCHASED ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ATTACH A "VIP" MEMBERSHIP TO YOUR PURCHASE WITHOUT YOU BEING AWARE AND THEN CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU. IT IS AT THE VERY BOTTOM OF YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL, WHICH MOST PEOPLE DO NOT SCROLL DOWN TO. IT WAS NOT COMMUNICATED PRIOR TO PURCHASE. I HAVE DISPUTED THE CHARGES WITH MY BANK. ALSO, I ORDERED THE "SWIFTOPOLY" BOARD AND IT'S SO SHIT. LOOKS LIKE A SCHOOL PROJECT. NOTHING A REPUTABLE BUSINESS SHOULD CHARGE MONEY FOR.
