Outstanding Experience - 10/10!
Right from the start, navigating the website was clear and easy. When I emailed questions about the specifications, Bowen was incredibly quick to reply and happily supplied all the information and safety certifications I needed. The service he provided was absolutely immaculate—a true 10 out of 10 that gives you complete confidence in dealing with this company.
Because we live quite close to the warehouse, the standard delivery fee was a bit of a concern for me, but Bowen kindly provided a discount for this reason. Once full payment was made online, the sauna arrived in just two days!
Moving the components inside from the garage was easy enough. The packaging was clearly labelled A, B, C, D, and the components themselves were thoroughly marked, making everything very straightforward to track.
If you are assembling it yourself, my biggest piece of advice is to watch their instructional video and not take the printed manual too seriously. In fact, we found the physical manual a bit confusing, and putting it together was actually much easier and different from what the text described.
The trickiest part is connecting the back panel to the left-hand side. The manual tells you to lift the panel slightly and drop it into the side channel, but you don't need to do that at all. Instead, just slide it straight into the grooved channel and click the buckles locked. Had we known this from the start, assembly would have been incredibly fast.
Nevertheless, once we got past that step, the rest of the build was a breeze, and I was able to enjoy my first session that very same night! The sauna heats up beautifully, reaching a perfect 65°C. Within half an hour, I was sweating beads and absolutely loving the therapeutic feeling.
I’ve installed it right in my living room directly opposite my TV. Honestly, what better way to watch your favourite shows than while unwinding in a sauna? One of my friends has already decided to also buy one....I cannot recommend this company and their saunas highly enough. Go ahead and buy yourself one, it is worth every single cent!

Visited the showroom and was sold immediately. The sauna I got at home is just as good. Use it 3 or 4 times a week for stress.

Everyone wants to come over now lol. My EmberPro 2-Person is way better than going to gym sauna. love having the privacy at home.

Still a fan of traditional heat over infrared stuff. This Nimbus series sauna gives that exact humid experience we were looking for. The whole family loves it.

Setup for the EmberPro 4-person sauna was surprisingly easy - had it done in under an hour by myself. The seals are tight and the wood feels very solid.

Do not buy this product they will continue to take ,money out of your account even when you request them to discontinue sending the product

The Nimbus sauna isn't magic, but it does exactly what I needed. Temp rises fast, steam feels incredibly clean, and the cabin materials are super sturdy. Very easy to maintain after a month of heavy use. Solid buy.

overall pretty happy with the sauna after a few weeks. cabin is the perfect size for one. the heat is actually comfortable and not too overwhelming like some can be. seems well-built so far.

Just wanted a way to force myself to slow down at home. This sauna does exactly that. 15 to 20 mins of warmth, breathing, and completely disconnecting from my phone.

Surprised by how easy the assembly was. The Ember Pro panels snapped right together and fired up perfectly on the first try. Smooth delivery too. Been using it a few days a week and love the quick heat up time.

Fits perfectly in my tiny apartment! The Ember 1 Person honestly looks way better in real life than the photos. beautiful clean wood finish and a very heavy glass door. Controls are super straightforward. i jump in 3-4 times a week now.

So happy we decided on the Nimbus 3 Person. The steam distributes so evenly inside the cabin and the whole setup is rock solid. Literal spa day at home whenever we want it.
