Fast delivery of watch as described. I love it!

I bought a watch from Auriks and Bianca handled my order from start to finish. She was fast to answer any queries regarding the watch and the order process. We arranged a FaceTime call to view the watch prior to purchasing which was very reassuring. Once we placed the order, we received the watch by 1pm the following business day as she promised. I would definitely recommend this seller. Thank you Bianca!

I cannot explain how wonderful it has been to work with auriks for my very first Purchase. I was so nervous to buy such a large item online from a site that I had never used before. I sent probably 10 emails back-and-forth with questions, and the response time was almost immediate even with the time difference. They were extremely helpful and my purchase arrived within three days internationally, which I could not believe! The item is even better than I imagined, and they made the process not only simple but it put my mind at ease for any stress.

I don’t write reviews, but my experience was so extraordinary that I felt compelled to share it.

Bianca was incredibly patient and gracious with my endless questions and requests. She went above and beyond, providing numerous photos and videos and even answering a detailed 1-10 ratings list. Her honesty, forthrightness, and integrity were truly refreshing—especially in a situation like this, where purchasing a high-ticket item from a distance can be daunting, given all the horror stories out there.

Not once did I feel anything less than respected and genuinely valued throughout the entire process. The watch I purchased as a birthday gift from my husband is something I absolutely adore, and I have Bianca to thank for making the experience so seamless and enjoyable.
Bianca, you are truly exceptional, and I deeply appreciate your outstanding service. For anyone reading this, I sincerely hope Auriks has what you're looking for—you would be incredibly lucky to buy from them!

I’m very happy to recommend Auriks. I got a stunning watch at a great price and it was on my wrist less than 24 hours after paying. Top notch for communication and friendliness.

My wife was delighted with the watch, it arrived the next day as promised, was exactly what had been on the website. The thirty day return policy was very reassuring.

Purchased my dream watch from Auriks and it was a great experience!

Thank you for answering all of my questions so promptly! Look forward to receiving my watch!

Was great deal and I had a very good experience. Love my Tiffany bracelet. It's very beautiful. Thank you and I will come back, for sure.
I am very happy with my purshase.

I was looking at a Tiffany & Co. Etoile Gold & Diamond Bracelet at Auriks. Sizing is extremely important to me. I have very small wrists and have had bangles fly off and go across the room! (I do tend to use my hands when speaking, LOL.) I was buying online, so was unable to try the bracelet on. Auriks was wonderful. We went back and forth messaging about measurements in an effort to decide if the size was right for me. Auriks also offered complete peace of mind by reminding me of their return policy. I bought the bracelet. It came. It fit. I love it! No returns needed. I highly, highly recommend Auriks. Just read the descriptions of pieces on their website. It's obvious they are experts in fine jewelry. And I call them experts in customer service!

I had a very good and secure shopping experience. I appreciated Bianca's professional service. smooth communication and fast delivery. I strongly recommend.
