Their clothing is of extremely poor quality, poor stitching and the garment I purchased is absolutely terrible quality. The photos of garments they have on their website do not represent the true state of items.
They offer minimal refund NO RETURNS

I would not recommend buying from Aussie Vogue based on my experience.

I purchased the Eloise | Elegant Blazer & Palazzo Trousers Set in Brown, Size L, expecting it to fit according to the sizing advertised on the website. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the set was much smaller than expected and did not fit like a standard Australian size L.

The quality and appearance were also disappointing. The suit looked quite different from the professional photos displayed on the website, and the fabric and overall finish did not match my expectations based on the product description.

When I contacted customer service to request a return, I was informed that I would have to pay for international return shipping to China at my own expense. This was never made clear before I made the purchase and makes returning the item impractical and very costly.

As an Australian consumer, I expected a product that matched its description and sizing, along with a fair and transparent returns process. Instead, I was left with a suit that does not fit, does not look as advertised, and would cost a significant amount to return overseas.

I encourage anyone considering purchasing from Aussie Vogue to carefully research independent customer reviews before placing an order. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Easy to order and frequent updates on what was happening with my order.

Despite me reaching out to Aussie Vogue as they requested on Trustpilot, I have not heard from them. This is the second time they asked me to reach out via Trustpilot but did not respond. Do not deal with this company :(

Just received a sweater/Jumper from Aussie Vogue.
The item took 21 days to arrive which surprised me as it has Aussie in the name, that is totally misleading advertising as the “Aussie Vogue” products are from Wuhan China.
It doesn’t look like the picture the colour looked like a pale blue in the picture the colour was described as Gray. The colour is Grey not the lovely shade in the photo, also the material does not match the photo either, it’s just a boring Grey jumper that I paid way too much money for. I’m out of pocket $69
I contacted Aussie Vogue to tell them I was not happy with the sub-standard item I received and as a gesture of Goodwill they offered me a refund of $8.00 ??that's an insult and unacceptable the item cost $69.
Never Again

I am a new customer of Aussie Vogue. My first purchase was a ladies slack suit. Received it today and am bitterly disappointed. The slack suit is low quality and as limp as cooked spaghetti. What is used as so called “lining” is not lining material at all! The material used is such bad quality that if placed in water would disinter grate! Be ware of Aussie Vogue!

Even giving one star to Aussie Vogue is generous.

I was impressed with the steady contact this company made with me as I waited for delivery from Australia. I did not expect the quality of this linen shirt dress to be exceptional, yet it is an exceptionally well made dress AND the quality of the linen amazed me. I am delighted and will order again from Aussie Vogue😍

order no 14595 what a joke do not waste your money ordered tracksuit bottoms poor quality when arrived also damaged and sizing was completely wrong. and when it come to returning the goods it cost a fortune and then you are told it is stuck in customs worst company i have ever dealt with don’t waste your time and money you have been warned i have contacted you as per your reply to this review and you have done nothing except for say the same things as before that the parcel is stuck at customs i have had no link or notification to pay any customs duty form royal mail or your self i will be taking this matter further terrible company to do business with nothing but a fraud do not buy you will lose your money and you will not recieve what you ordered

Company is a scam specialising in selling inferior products and making it difficult to get refunds. The products are falsely described and the epitome of trash and disinformation and their customer service is useless and disingenuous. This company is a total and absolute garbage, avoid at all cost

I ordered several outfits in 2XL. They wouldn't even fit a medium. Plus, the material is terrible and looks it was sewn by a squirrel. They then want you to pay to ship it back to China. That's right, China. It is not an Australian company, or even related. They barely respond and then outright ignore you. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Doesn’t deserve any star, when I first bought this jacket there tracking and website was faulty kept asking me to pay again and tracking could not find my order, eventually I got the coat which should of been 2xl but doesn’t even get to a xl, the arm circumference is 21 cm which is ridiculously small. I’ve asked for a refund but I have to pay for return packaging, to get help I have to send a further 11 measurements, as I’m having chemo for cancer and radiotherapy I have been diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism p look use radiotherapy burns I am not doing any more measurements this is a scam company with no ramegard for the customer. I’m usually a person that would be patient but all my patience is out the window and this company has no intention of having any kind of customer service and I’m at a time in my life I’m not putting up with it

I ordered a 3XL mens "Leather" Jacket from Aussie Vogue. It took forever to arrive and when it did it was obvious from the start that it was poor quality and, whilst it was tagged 3XL it was very very small. I checked the manufactures tag & it stated that the Jacket was 45% PU and 55% Polyester, NOT Leather as asserted by "Aussie Vogue"

When I raised these issues, they didn't take responsibility for their deliberately misleading advertising, they offered to send me another Jacket, of the same quality, in a bigger size!!

Shocking delivery, Abysmal Quality, and Refused to supply a refund.

As outlined in other reviews, this company is a scam, NEVER order from them. You'll just be wasting your money

Avoid - The shorts I received weren't the ones I ordered and they are expecting me pay for postage to send the ones they sent back, which are wrong size and design. Then for a refund!

Advertising perception of where you are buying from & who you are buying from is like smoke & mirrors.
Delivery timescales are opaque, mine was unexpectedly in multiples of weeks, when I was expecting a week.
Their tracking App is like watching paint dry.
If there is a mess up with the delivery address, the cause is automatically blamed on you & they will not intercede with the in country delivery to correct & still deliver, instead, they will recall & resend, doubling 4 week+ delivery timescales...
Aussie Vogue try to use their unlawful policies to refuse refunds & will keep ignoring the fact that they are beholden to follow the customer rights of the country they are selling/ advertising in.
They consistently play email ping pong, the same old 'wear them down so they give up ploy' until you threaten to take further action. (& then do the refund in my case).
Again: Avoid them like the plague

I placed an order with this useless company about a month ago. Just after I’ve place the order I decided to cancel the order. Their support told me that I wasn’t able to cancel my order although no product was shipped yet. They contacted me and committed to speedy and efficient delivery. I waited for a month to receive the order. Received the order today. Not even close to what I have ordered or paid for. Whats inside the package is also of poor quality. I am not even going to send the products back. Not worth going through the headache. I will never support this company again. They are running a huge scam. Safe your money and spare yourself an endless amount of misery by just not buying from this useless bunch!

Cheap poor quality, frankly very poor quality. Direct trickery with the advertising photos compared to what they send you.

If you are an Australian online shopper avoid this business. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS. IT IS A SCAM. They flog cheap clothes for high prices and very frustrating after sales service. If you want talk to A.I. and get no where. Go for it. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS.
