They lied to me I purchased the 3 in one whipper snipper. I payed on the 10th of October and notice they still haven’t shipped it. I always check when purchasing an item that is that it is still in stock because I’ve been stuffed over before so the only reason I purchased this item from these people is because it said in stock I could’ve easily purchased the same item from another store/company that was also advertising. It was in stock. You can imagine my disappointment after I emailed them to find out that they had lied to me and that my item that they had sold me was in fact not in stock they did not mention this on the website at time of purchase. They did not mention this in the basket when I was purchasing my item. I fell as though this is false advertisement form this company and they tried to make out that it was my fault and say they won’t be back in stock until the 20th of October so who knows when they will send it . They did not have any advertisement on their site explaining to customers that their item was out of stock and continued to sell to customers at my time of purchase on the 10th of October do not trust this company they will just try lie when ever they are confronted.

Update again having just received a response some months after my review. Still stand by my zero rating following a second incredibly rude response from the company. Barely legible and downright rude. Claiming I don’t even live in Australia because my historical reviews are not from here. Priceless - what’s that got to do with the price of cheese! I do live in Australia having emigrated here 2 years ago - though I imagine from their lack of basic English that they’re definitely not Australian. I can say that out of the blue a couple of weeks ago, the two replacement chainsaw chains arrived so they miraculously must have found our two unprocessed orders! I still stand by my zero rating! They’ve done nothing to make me want to use them again and have reinforced what a rubbish company they are.

Update to the below review - the company has given a response - it was surprising and suggested I reply to them with the order numbers. I have been trying to get a response from them for months now using the order numbers, every email address and live chat option offered with no joy. So despite them saying to reply with the order numbers, they’ve given no specific email or reference number to use so I’m no closer to a resolution than before! Priceless.

If I could give a zero I would. Two orders never arrived and despite trying live chat and multiple email attempts over the last couple of months to strike up a conversation they have completely failed to respond. Feel that they are a complete con and certainly would never order from them again or recommend them to anyone.

Our chainsaw stopped working just over a year after purchase. After sending a brief video of the problem along with the purchase receipt they very promptly sent out a brand new skin even though the warranty had expired! Fabulous service!! Thankyou :)

Waited 3 months for a reply to a request for a refund which arrived after PayPal had organised a return of my money . Without going in to details the reply was a tissue of lies . Never again will I deal with this group .

Ordered an air purifier, tried to contact seller no response, tried to do online search no information how to contact no phone number no e mail.
