Excellent customer service and huge selection
We met with Christine at the Cork Store. She was so friendly and welcoming. She gave us lots of advise and help in choosing a lab diamond eternity ring. Not once did we feel pressured into purchasing. She encouraged us to take time to choose the perfect ring. She gave us an accurate timeframe for collection. When the ring arrived, unfortunately, the size was wrong and again there was no problem sending back for resizing. So happy with my ring and would highly recommend this store. It's nice too that you can see the whole collection on line. Once our ring arrived in store Christine reassured us that there was no obligation to buy unless we were entirely happy. They have beautiful rings and to say I'm very pleased with mine is an understatement!
