I wish I had of read all these reviews before ordering, but when I saw the name Australian Kids you think the toys are made in Australia but they are NOT it’s coming from China.
I placed my order on the 12th of May for Wooden Baby Gift Set.
Then I realised the it wasn’t an Australian business.
I sent an email on the 13th & 22nd of May to have my order cancelled…NO REPLY.
I still haven’t received my order and still no reply and it’s 26th of May.
I have noticed when they do answer on here, it’s a recorded message AI.
It is not good enough.

English instructions please?
I ordered a tanker, helicopter, and boat. All arrived in good working order, but the instructions were not in English.
Since the website is Australian Kids, I expected the instructions would be English by default.
My children are very disappointed.

Wish I had seen the reviews of this company before I made my purchase. Would give this company ZERO stars if I could! Purchased 3 of the wooden building sets. All of the instructions are in Chinese. This company is falsely advertising they are Australian when in fact everything comes from China!

Don’t waste your money.
The car catapult racing toy was for a present but I’d be too embarrassed to give it to anyone due to the box being crushed and bent. The toys look cheap and nasty and very light weight. A total waste of money.

I'm in the process of dealing with an Australian commercial television station to investigate and hopefully expose this company for wrongful advertising and a host of other things they are doing to rip Australians off. This company is not based in Australia at all. I ordered glitter dumplings for my daughter, when they arrived it was very obvious they were second hand. The print was missing on the faces, one was noticeably smaller than the others and one was leaking. They were covered in lint and not sealed. The refund process is not easy and I still haven't received a full refund. The customer service sounds AI generated and isn't helpful at all. The items were shipped from China. Avoid this website at all costs.

Ordered the hand mould, wasn’t supplied enough clay to fill the impression - ended up with barely half the volume required. Upon reading the reviews I am not the only one.
Don’t buy - nothing like the ad and company is not local to Aus. Called number and it doesn’t ring, emailed and had no response.

Still Awaiting Refund
Cancelled order in the timeframe as specified on the website but still haven’t received confirmation of a refund after 9 days. Now having to dispute the transaction with support from my bank. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!
Re the response by Australian Kids below... they have no intention of following up my issue as I still have had no communication from their supposed office/support or Refund team since they said they were escalating my case on the 03 MAY.
I REPEAT DO NOT BUY from this online international company based in Hong Kong which has nothing to do with providing quality manufactured goods, supply or service etc. If you don't believe me... look at their Facebook responses... nearly 100% are angry emojis or call the mobile contact number on the website of which I'd be surprised if anyone answers.
Australian-Kids.com.au is soley to trick you out of your hard earned $$s with vague refund and returns policies disguised as legitimate business practice.
At best you will receive vague, non-committal poor quality service and communication that appears likely written by AI and a headache for realising you were vulnerable and you were taken advantage of.
