They don't honor their refund policy. They will ask you to wait and wait. Product is available on the website but doesn't ship for a month. Then they won't refund it even though the website says they offer a full refund if they haven't shipped. Sketchy business.

Easy to Advertise but hard to ship the Nano
Advertising is misleading for the Autel Nano as they advertise shipping in 48 hours but the drone has not been released for sale as of yet. Their ad is simply a pre-order ad and misleads the consumer who thinks that they have it in stock.

This drone is amazing! Extremely stable in windy/gusty conditions and you can’t even tell on the camera that it is windy/gusty. The camera is amazing and produces extremely clear pictures/videos.

Misleading Package information/prices
Information displayed on your web site along with the choices I made during the purchase and checkout are misleading and as a result I did not receive what I expected to receive according to the information displayed and presented on your web site. Comments received from one of your sales representatives came across as offensive with little to no concern with the customer's point of view. The product I purchased is top notch the customer experience not so much.

The package list is listed in our product description and we sent you a confirmation notification when you finished your order, the shipment notification also sent to you before shipping, and all these notifications were confirmed by yourself.

I ordered the Autel EVO II 6K with the fly more package. I am very pleased with my experience as my product arrived quickly, on time, and in good condition. I am very happy with the purchase price as well, it was the best deal I could find online for a bundle package.
As far as the product goes, I am also very pleased with the Autel EVO II Pro 6K. The controls are nice, the aircraft is stable and the image and video quality is excellent!
I will use Autelpilot again for future purchases.

Autel EVO 2 Pro 6K Rugged Bundle! Great product and a great price! I’ve owned eight drones, five DJI’s (Inspire One RAW, Phantom Pro, Mavic Pro, Mavic Pro 2 and Mavic 2 Zoom) and three Autel EVO’s (two EVO 1’s and now one EVO 2 Pro 6K) The 6K is by far my favorite drone! I get paid to fly, not by being grounded in a DJI NFZ! I’ve have had to practice a bit to get EP2 to be as smooth as the Mavics, but I’m there now! I love the EP2 longer flying times too! Hopefully, AUTEL will develop a 2X zoom version. I would buy it in a heartbeat.
