SCAM! $2000 for copied Wikipedia text and AI guessing games!Do not trust this company led by…
Do not trust this company led by Lindsey Bourret, it is a complete rip-off. Before I paid, she lured me in by promising there was "no doubt about the authenticity of the painting." She promised a 4-week deadline and professional human expertise. Once they got my $2,000, communication stopped. They broke their deadline, and I had to beg them for the report after 6 weeks.
This is a shadow company that deliberately hides its physical location. They do not disclose where they are based; I had to laboriously investigate and find out myself that they operate from Germany. Furthermore, they completely concealed their payment routing. It was only after I received the PayPal invoice that I discovered my money was being sent to a bank account in Denmark, which they never mentioned beforehand. Nobody can ever verify who this "team of experts" actually is—their names, qualifications, and backgrounds are completely hidden from the public.
For your hard-earned money, you will receive an essay at the level of an 8th-grade elementary school student. The result of their "work" is a total joke: 26 pages of text lazily copied from Wikipedia and 11 pages of random Google Images. They completely reversed their opinion and claimed the artwork is merely "attributed" to the artist. Even worse, when I asked about the second painting, Lindsey Bourret literally confessed via email: "That was sent to you by our AI." When I suggested another alternative artist, they just blindly agreed without any actual research, saying "that could be him" just to close the case. No reputable institution or auction house accepts their reports; they are completely useless in the real world.
In sharp contrast, I later obtained two official certificates of authenticity from two globally recognized top experts. They contain proper professional stamps, official signatures, full names, and carry absolute international authority.
When I confronted Signature and presented the fact that two real experts confirmed the authenticity, Lindsey Bourret arrogantly replied that they "do not care" about other professional opinions, because she and her anonymous "team" decided it is not an original. She refused to either professionally redo the report or issue a refund. They hide behind shady terms and conditions to rob owners who pay for professional reports. I have already filed an official fraud complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC). Avoid them at all costs!
