I'm in their process of trying to get my book published. We've been at this since December 2025. In the beginning the communication was great but as the project move forward it became less and less to the point where I'm not sure what to do. This shouldn't be this hard.

April 2026 - Just a little update. It doesn't appear to be getting any better and I always say...no response is a response,

Mr. James Dean team leader, was always available and was very patient with the author, Victor Aday, and myself throughout the entire process. This was our first experience publishing and Mr. Dean's unconditional assistance made the experience effortless. We were very pleased with the final product and the team's insight into the production of Mr. Aday's written journey.

Author Book Publications handled both my print book and eBook publishing. The formatting was flawless and the final versions looked polished and professional.

"🚨 Red Flag Alert 🚨 As a published author, who has seen it all, I'm calling out overpriced audiobook services! 💸 Got quoted first 2000 then later$1,500 if I do my own work, voice over, etcetera. Then if I do more work, they quoted 700.00 for something else blaming the cost of voice over people. After checking on trust pilot I found some mixed reviews, that should scream use caution people

It really works, but only if you treat it like a real business.
When I first got into self-publishing, I treated it like a side-project. But once I took it seriously, invested in quality, followed the process step by step, and stayed consistent, everything started to shift.

I don't understand the hunky dory reviews here. The editorial team is okay-ish, but ABP has no clue what book marketing really involves. No marketing campaigns on Amazon, IngramSpark, KOBO or D2D for my book - although they promised specific expertise on Amazon. All they do is mindlessly posting content on FaceBook and Instagram pages invisible to your target group readers. Twice they were planning to post content that had no relation to my book at all. So they're sloppy as well. Results: none. No followers, no reviews, no sales. Paid $ 3,000 for this. Look, may be you'll be happy when you want to publish a book on knitting and you haven't got a clue how to do that. But most of the stuff they do you can do yourself. For authors with professional ambitions: look somewhere else. Go to Reedsy for instance.

I have written my first novel at 73. I only wanted to share it with friends and family but I wanted a book I could be proud of. Author Book Publications was very clear and pleasant to deal with and the whole process was stress free and efficient. Thank you.

I'm a poet working on my second book with Author Book Publications. My god, they are amazing. I mean it. They will work with you until your project is as perfect as it can be. Then they'll introduce it to the world.

I have a music history, I wanted to write my book on it but didn't get a chance, I saw their ad of ghostwriting, I contacted them, Sean and James helped me a lot to write my book, they took sessions, and turn the interviews into a book.
