I had my car hit within the car park at Tesco, Meadows, went immediately to auto butler where I met David the owner. He couldn’t have been more helpful, checked the damaged, quote was emailed across the same day, and the job was completed a week later. Great job done!! I’ve recommended my own son that wants work on his wife’s car to get a quote.

Used this site for the first time last week. Uploaded the details of my job, with photos. Checked my account yesterday: no responses from any garage. I was given a number to call for more help. I called it and was met with an automated message telling me the office was now closed (this was at 3:30pm on a Monday).
I don't think I'll bother with these guys again.

Asked for quotes for headgasket.closest one was 50 mile away!.won't be using again.

Doesn't work here in Cornwall !
No response from any garage for a timing belt replacement.
2 stars as I was informed that no one was interested.

Advertised what is a simple car repair on the site and still had no replies at time of writing this which was a week ago.
Had no communication from autobutler on request. Maybe you only get replies for big jobs?

Pointless! Put a job in for quotes AFTER already having it diagnosed. Explained what I needed doing and all i got was 1 hour diagnostic quotes. And at £108 to simply diagnose a problem that was free from another garage, i simply wont be coming back and would urge others to not waste their time.

We can provide you with a price for the clutch replacement, however if this is to be replaced alongside the rebuild of the gearbox it may be best to have a consultation with the workshop first to see if it is necessary.

Ok. I should not need nor did I want to send a diagnostic report. I did not ask if it was necessary or not, simply asked what it would cost for a gearbox rebuild and clutch (which I have just had done without any of this pointless hassle). Simple. Not rocket science, I didnt want a second opinion, i just wanted a price on the work "I REQUESTED". Another online directory website trying to make an easy buck out of vulnerable people. £108 to tell me what I already know? Please do me a favour!

Tried twice to get quotes for some work on my car, never got any response to either jobs, not a good site to use.

While generating a number of prices for a replacement EGR valve worked well. Autobutler then disappeared with no respond to calls to their telephone number.

Autobutler found a garage to do our car repair quickly and it was done very well for a good price within a few days of our enquiry and just before our MOT expired! I had a very positive experience and will use them all the time from now on! 5 stars from me 😊👍🏻

Not good service
Got quotes. Picked a garaged and available dates
Didn’t hear anything so emailed for update Replied to say looking into and still not heard anything regarding booking

I put a detailed description of the work I needed doing on a Sunday evening. Within a few hours my case was closed by a few garages all quoting "1 hours diagnostic"

Based on the time these must be automated, nobody actually reads them and tries to provide a proper quote. It's just a way to give you their affiliated garages hourly rates. Waste of time.

Do not use Autobutler. The garage they recommend was useless. The garage couldn't fit the part it was booked in for, told me to come back the next day to get part fitted, they inflated the original repair price and told me I must pay a deposit first before they ordered part. The cars amber engine light was on, a technician came over to me saying he can bypass the fault right now so the light goes out for £350. But the light being on was related to the Lambda Sensor they were supposed to be fitting for me on that day. This made me not pay a deposit and get out of the garage.
Well I tried to reach out to Autobutler by calling them at 16:02 on Monday but they were closed. I emailed them straight after asking if someone could call me asap, but they only sent a reply saying they were closed They didn't respond to my second message when I asked them if they could please call me. Very poor service from Autobutler and extremely concerning service from LMS Garage W12.

I had difficulties in locating a garage that had the required equipment to carry out a timing belt change. Autobutler located a local garage who were able to do this work. The garage kept me updated throughout the repair process

Really fast service and came back to me in under twelve hours, but Imost of quotes charged £64 per hour,average which is quite an inflated numberll and creates a " keeping up with the Jones " situation
I know this is not Autos fault but I feel these sites help to fuel this, also most of the garages would take me 30-40 mins to get to.

Autobutler was great from start to finish.
A good job at a fair price for the work carried out at a garage not too far away. Very happy with the result.
Much better price than the silly ones quoted elsewhere!

Put my postcode In as required to get quotes from LOCAL garages. So far I’ve had quotes from London . Absolutely miles away.! I won’t bother now. Waste of my time
