Ordered paint for our car as hit a rock on someone's driveway and it scuffed the bumper. Only just used it as temperature not been ideal. Proper car paint. Primer went on well, then i thought blue was too light, but it dried to exact match of colour of car. Lacquer made it nice and shiny.
A steal of a price compared to what hyundai wanted.

Feels like a scam, haven’t received what i ordered, after emailing them, nothings changed
didnt get update about tracking or anything
I expected answers but got nothing

Also the number doesnt even work😂

I had ordered touch up paint for my vehicle and once the order was processed they sent me an email as confirmation. There is no confirmation from RM that they have the the item.This is what I original wrote but since then The owner has emailed me and the item has arrived.It took longer than expected due to the fact I never noticed that the supplier is in Ireland . I can only apologise to the owner and will offer to use him again.

Needed a specific black colour for my motorbike....checked via email if it was in stock.....autocarpaint replied within 24 hours to say it was. Ordered, and delivered in about a week. Very pleased and would recommend

Paint arrived promptly. Not used it yet but good price for size. I guess they're a small company so comms was a bit slow but we got there in the end.

Happy to find a supplier of matching paint for our Mercedes. Slight mix up with Yodel tracking, but Dylan took ownership of the problem and It arrived within 4 working days. Very satisfied.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!! Used Scooby's Paint website to buy paint & clearcoat. Email (autocarpaintuk@gmail) gives bounce back - not received, phone number (028 8953 1126) incorrect and does not work, Complaints policy refers to DVD's so copied & pasted from another site.
Have not received my paint and now having to purchase from elsewhere

I bought some touch-up paint for my car before selling it. Once the paint arrived I was quick to realise the colour was wrong. I emailed Dylan from Auto Car Paint and he was quick to send out a replacement colour for me which matched the car perfectly. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to fix up their small stone chips without having to fork out £££ at the local garage

I originally received the wrong colour paint in my order, but on emailing the company complaining, I had a very speedy response from Dylan, who apologised for the error and immediately sent out a replacement.
Very impressed with the customer service from this company, which is often lacking these days.

Ordered premium deep violet paint verified with car colour code and got delivered a turquoise colour. Emailed the company but no response after 4 days. Tried ringing them after searching for a phone number but no luck.
Update after I got a reply from Dylan from the company. Dylan was very helpful and apologetic and put into place in getting the right colour sent out. He was prompt in his responses once we started to correspond with each other. The right colour eventually came and seems like a very close match. Many thanks to Dylan for sorting it.

Ordered medium harvest gold touch up paint, they sent silver paint, after chatting through email they solved the issue and sent correct color free of charge the paint is a perfect match 👍

My experience with Auto Car Paint was sure a pleased one. Patient and responsive till I received the desired and matching paint for my car. Dylan was very helpful, he made customer experience worth experiencing. Auto Car Paint is Worth the recommendations.

I have been restoring vehicles for many years, and whilst acknowledging that metallics can be a little more difficult, I found this paint a bit of a nightmare. The thin content drips very easily and in trying to avoid this I found it difficult to load the brush. The paint dried in a much darker shade and the net effect is that I am going to have to respray the panel. Sorry, but I cannot recommend.

I ordered a spray can of 'Scooby's paints - back in the mix' and laquer to paint a new replacement wing mirror cap. They were delivered quickly but the box wasn't taped shut - fortunately the bubble wrap held the cans in place.

While the paint quality seems alright, the colour isn't even remotely close to the one ordered, despite the correct paint code on the label on the can (shown as 'solid reed' rather than 'solid red'). It's not just a little off, it's utterly unusable and I've had to source different paint elsewhere - what should have been something akin to postbox red is essentially burgundy. If I'd been using this paint for body repair it would have been a disaster.
