Please don't buy anything from this supplier (Autoglam). I ordered and paid money for a car accessory months ago, but they haven't delivered the product or returned my money. Before you try to contact them by call, be aware that they only reply on WhatsApp. After receiving payment, they just drag out the order process. They also seem to have many paid reviews. So, before you buy, please try to contact them by phone to understand the truth. I lost my money and have now filed a complaint about them in consumer court.

In January 2025, I ordered an armrest specifically for my Fronx car through their website. Before ordering, I confirmed the item's availability both on the website and directly with their customer care via WhatsApp. Based on this confirmation, I proceeded to make the full payment.

It is now nearly the end of April 2025, three months later, and I have still not received the armrest. Despite paying for the product, it has never been shipped. Furthermore, Autoglam has not issued a refund for the undelivered item.

Every time I contact their customer service for an update, I receive the same vague response: "We will send the item ASAP." This promise has repeatedly proven empty. To make matters worse, they have recently stopped answering my phone calls altogether.

This entire ordeal has been a complete waste of time and money. The lack of communication, failure to deliver the product, and refusal to provide a refund is unacceptable customer service.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise everyone not to purchase anything from Autoglam or send them any payment. They take your money, fail to deliver, and then ignore your attempts to resolve the issue. Absolutely frustrating and unprofessional.
