This car transport service was professional, competent and friendly. The process was timely and smooth and even though the final amount due was more than the original quote, it was still reasonable by comparison. I was quite satisfied with the experience.

This was my first time using a hauler to deliver my car. The woman I worked with she went above and beyond to help get my car delivered to my house. She worked tirelessly and on her off days to make sure my vehicle was delivered safely. I appreciate everything she did for me.

Jazz has great communication and is very responsive with clear communications. Great people to work with. Thanks again Jazz!!

Great Service and picked up my car the same day without any flaws

Did an outstanding job, the process was smooth, very affordable and in fact was $400 less then my own insurance companies cost to tow my vehicle.
My vehicle was handled with the utmost care and was delivered to my home quickly and efficiently.
I would use this service asap if I required it again, extremely happy with the service provided. Thank you again!

Gavin Rhodes was a great help in getting my delivered quickly. He was great at communicating with me.

Very good experience, I woked with Gavin. This was the 3rd broker I had worked with, the previous one just just took my deposit scheduled a pick up but the driver never showed. Gavin was honest and straight forward

It took quite awhile to line up a truck to haul to ND, however Gavin kept me updated and always answered the phone. The vehicle arrived with no problems. I am satisfied with the shipping rate.

Easy pick up and drop off easy to get in contact with

Good communication , highly recommended and give you one of the best price , will do it again !

I was planning on shipping my car. They were polite and they didn't harass me everyday about getting my car shipped. They would call ever few weeks to see if it was ready to be picked up.

Great service and attention to detail. Thank you Jimmy Brown. Highly recommended.

Great job! The guys are in touch all the time 24/7, they work out all the questions at once and don't make you wait at all! According to payments, everything is clearly fast and on time!

Great doing business and creating new partnership together with transporting cars!

They make Promises they don't keep! I'm dizzy from how much runaround they gave me! Finally got ahold of a guy named Gavin, That said everybody else is a scammer don't trust other companies... And then tried asking 600 more than the quote! We Ask for a refund And then he tried to negotiate the price. I told him just give us a full refund because promised was not kept.. You said that would be fine.He will refund us. Ended up calling The bank he took the money out of and they refunded it and is looking into fraud! Do not trust them, they give you the runaround, After they take your money!

They are a fast paced company

Real helpful and got my car towed with no problem

They were able to get our vehicle towed quickly and efficiently. Communication was on point and was able to inform us about when it will be picked up and delivery was done with no issues. In case of future emergency I will reach back out to autohauldirect 100%!
Gavin representative was great to work with, very professional and easy to communicate with!

Gavin made everything possible to make sure I was taken care off and my car was delivered fast! Would definitely recommend autohaul for anyone that needs their vehicle transported.

Thank you is not enough to say how pleased and at ease I am with Gavin’s service. He truly went above and beyond to find a driver and deliver my car from AZ to CA. I was a nervous wreck and he made sure to be very clear with the expectations. I gave him my budget and he was able to lock a driver within my budget in less than 24hours. I was previously working with a company that did not meet my original contract. I was very happy to get in contact with Gavin who was able to find transportation for me. Make sure to give Gavin a call before settling with anyone else. He truly works with the customer and is very nice compassionate and not pushy at al.
