I ordered a rear axle from this company and then decided to change my mind because it took them two weeks to send the order. So I canceled the order and asked for a refund they waited for the order to come back to theme before they can issue the refund. Even after they receive the shipment of their own merchandise, I am still having problems receiving my refund. I paid through amazon pay thinking that it would be safer versus paying them directly. But Amazon can only pay the refund from the seller. So Amazon pay is waiting for the seller to refund them to pay back the money. Im out $598.00. I should have researched more before buying anything from this company. It’s a total scam. They are very rude. I spoke with a Brittany and Tom. They were both very unprofessional. They scream at you on the phone and give you no comfort in the situations. I have a recording of the whole thing as well

motor was suppose to be here on the 30th it is now the 2nd and still no word. I just finished with install of motor runs good. will buy from them again. only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. was took 3 weeks to get motor.

Got a motor for my Audi A4 from them. They say they check their parts but soon as shop put motor in and started it a code popped up for timing chain. I was highly pissed....but it actually worked out for me.l lol. See that part goes bad anyway and being car never moved they covered the cost of the part under the warranty. I did pay for labor but I now all the major components that go bad are new. Water pump, timing belt and part they covered the timing chain.

Bad! Sell you used cars parts. Did not even clean up the car part that still had leafs in it! And did work afterwards!!

Received promised product with reasonable time frame.

They found me a hard to find Suzuki drive shaft somewhere in Kansas for 217.00 dollars with Free Shipping, and it arrived when it was supposed to, you can't beat that. The part is 700 to 1000 bucks new. Having access to hundreds of bone yards throughout the country works for me. Just keep in mind it's a used part with a mystery history.

We received the engine without the turbo and manifold, not "all included components and ready to install", and it was leaking oil ("checked by professionals before shipping???"). When we contacted Automotix, we were told that they only sell engine long blocks - not what the website clearly states. Also told there would be a restocking fee for the return. The website says:

You may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, less shipping charges. It typically takes us approximately 3-5 business days to process a credit back to your account and 2-3 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

We are now waiting for a return address so we can send the engine back. It came from a yard 30 miles away, so we will drop it off ourselves once we get the paperwork from Automotix. We are disgusted with the misrepresentation on the website.

Ordered a 1100$ rear axle assembly for my 2014 Nissan frontier and it was so damaged I can't believe it passed any type of inspection. To start the shock mounts were bent, one bent so far out bending it back would compromise the integrity of the mount itself. The other mount was bent so far in it was touching each other, and no shock would fit inside. The plates that block and protect the rotors were so smashed and bent (on both sides) around the rotor that I wouldnt be able to get a the rotor off or a wheel on. Now to top it off the bracket thats attached to the pumpkin was smashed flat . This damage was not from shipping this was clearly in a bad accident and should not have passed a simple visual check , now with that being said I called and told them they asked for pictures sent me another one with 1000 more miles then the damaged one and said it wouldn't be to me for another 5 days ... Well now it has been 12 days and the shipping company said it won't be here for another 2 days my truck has been down for more then 2 weeks. When I asked to rush ship it the customer service said no they can't which has been a huge inconvenience , now let's pray this new one doesn't come damaged . Buyers beware from this Automotix site and LKQ who they use for parts

I requested to cancel this $2400 transaction within 24 of the purchase.

I called Automix -- no answer.

I emailed Automix -- no answer.

I want a refund otherwise I will escalate this!!!

Sent me the wrong one then told me the they had one with lower miles. I called the next day and they told me they had sold the rear end. So needless to say they just waisted my time

Verify dissatisfied with policy regarding return packages to sender. I was only refunded a portion of the costs of my purchase and had to reorder and pay full price again.

I purchased two sun visors for my silverado thinking the parts where going to better then the ones I currently have but to my surprise. I received the visor with oil stains and and the dirt from the ground of the yunkyard the visors where sent from...so,yea horrible. Speaking to customer service gave me a sense that they hear this all the time.

I expected a working engine I paid with my hard earned money . I had a mechanic put the engine in the my vehicle he told me it had no compression . What am I gonna do with a busted engine? I already gotta pay the man for putting in my vehicle now I gotta pay extra to have him remove it and sent back thanks automatix I know you guys aren’t gonna cover the $1000 I paid this man and let’s see if the warranty is even valid . (Very upset over this lets see if they actually care )

The part arrived quickly and was in very good condition. Will highly recommend automix.

This is a fake company! They have fleeced my bank account for al most 1300$, and I have not received anything in return. Automotix continues to call me and now they are targeting my credit cards. Customer service is a joke, they use harsh language, and hang up the phone when things do not go to their liking. I had to close the bank account that they were drawing from to avoid further charges. It is a scam! Save your time and money and shop at a reputable store. I will have to pursue legal action now. It has been over 3 weeks since I started this transaction.
