Automotix got it right the first time. I used another company at first advertising they specialize in Hyundai parts and then they sent me the wrong part. They have not refunded the money yet--still working on it.
2 bad engine, and still waiting on a refund
Order an engine, turns out to be internally catastrophically damaged on arrival. Return engine for replacement thinking surely they wont send me another trash engine. The replacement engine shows up, worse then the original. This one clearly had holes, fire damage, broken welds and even a tag that read "send back for repair if possible". Refused delivery of this engine and then started the process of getting refunded. I had to wait until the engine was received back at their location for the refund to begin process. 23SEPT I was notified, after calling multiple times, that the refund was now processed and would take 3-7 business days. I call back a few days into this process and am told the latest it would take is 06OCT. Today is 06OCT and I was just informed, after calling in yet again, that the process was never even initiated and NOW it will be 3-7 business days...Stay away from these people.

Transmission for 2009 Ford FX4
I called and spoke to Paige who explained the process to me. I ordered online and used my coupon that was texted to me. I had the transmission shipped to the shop had my truck. Only issue was that it said it would be delivered on 10/28, but did not deliver until 10/29. I like that it has a 1 year warranty.

I placed an order for Automatic Transmission (4.6L) VIN Y (8th digit) which was support to be delivered yesterday 09/01/2020 but it was not delivered. I called Automotix for an update, and they were saying that I will have to call the carrier company to schedule an appointment for the delivery. I was never notified before now that part of Automotix delivery policy was that all their customers have to call to schedule each deliveries. NO NOTICE WAS GIVEN! NO UPDATE ON DELIVERY UNTILL I CALLED! STILL NO UPDATES. THis is toally not acceptable. Why must a customer call Automotix before their items are delivered? At least, if they have given us a notice ahead of time for the call, that will be okay. But, I never got any form of update or notice from them.

1. LED box is big and not glued or secured in light housing with connectors that were bent and not easy to just click in to exisisting connector. 2 had to cut my door panel so box would fit and sit properly in housing where it belongs.

Engine came with loose strap (one strap and loose), engine was about 45 degree tilted and about 30 degree side way, the oil pan was smashed, oil pick up or strainer was damaged, I had to replace with my old one. I was really tight on schedule, don't have to time to way for another engine to come. Seems like the engine has been uncovered outside for awhile too. Waiting for couple other things before fire it up. Hope everything else ok.

Your web site information is incorrect and misleading.I purchased a suspension cross member/subframe for a 2002 Honda from you.(your description) As per Honda, the subframe is the complete front and rear section assembly. The picture with the part number shows the subframe as both front and rear sections. I even called to confirm that I was purchasing the subframe and not just half of it. When the part arrived I found only the front section with it. When I called to find out what went wrong, the person I was connected to read me a different description than the one on your web site. After talking to him longer, as I suspected, he was not knowledgeable with automotive parts and could only read to me what was on his screen, which meant nothing to him. I had to order the rear half, which is an extra cost which I had not figured and now the job is delayed until that part arrives. This happened all because you do not have people that know what they are selling and not enough attention is given to make sure your parts descriptions are accurate.
