Please avoid this company. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Drop off a steering column for repair and was told it was going to be 2-4 days, day 4 arrived and heard nothing from them. I had to contact them for an update to then be told that’s a part needed to be ordered which was only ordered on that day. Another week goes by and still nothing so had to chase again, I was then told the part had only arrived on that day so would still be another few days. Eventually after 2 weeks finally got a phone call to say it had been fixed. Website advertised a 2-4 day service which in reality was 14 days. To top it off they advertise the repair on the website at one amount and then charge you another amount when you go to pick it up. Absolute shambles of a company. Do not use

Called them before sending my steering rack for repair to make sure the torque sensor would be replaced, as I knew this was the failed part. Was told that was not an issue and to send them the steering rack. Payed £312 and sent the rack for them to have it for two weeks to tell me it could not be repaired…fair enough. Send me the rack back and refund me…yes not a problem. Steering rack came back. I waited and waited for a refund which never appeared. I then contacted the company several times to request the refund/ask what was going on. I was told accounts said it had been paid (which it never had). After countless times of contacting and being told lies and that someone would call me back,( which they have not done once!!!) I’ve come to the conclusion this company is just a scam! I’ve been in the motor trade for 20 years and never had to deal with a company like this!! Complete shambles….please save your time and money and use someone else!!

Can’t believe how quickly they did the repair! Corroded casing now looks like new. Really pleased and works fantastic. No more airbag lights or faults.

Autotronics turned around the repair of my instrument cluster extremely quickly. It was well packaged on its return. Communications were very efficient and helpful.

Repair and upgrade on tachometer and speedometer
On my first call I was filled with confidence that my problems could be solved, within a few days, overall time was two weeks. I delivered directly to them 170 miles round trip
The part required was not obtainable so I had to purchase and deliver a used unit for part needed, fault was solved successfully while I waited
However I am disappointed with the refit of the facia and chrome surrounds of the two gauges the fit is not as I expected

Autotronics were the first company to say they could inspect & if necessary repair my Focus Mk3 1.5L ecoboost PCM, it has 2 multiplug sockets, most others have 3. The PCM was delivered to them on Monday & I received a call on March 4th. telling me the PCM is O.K.
That’s a very rapid service at a very reasonable price, I now have to investigate the CAN wiring to find the fault.

Fiat 500 control/speedo panel went blank with intermittent random digits/letters appearing. This happened after leaving the car standing unused for 2 months during the winter.
Removed unit and took it into Autotronics late Monday and received back Friday working perfectly with correct milage set.

Sent and paid for Mercedes ECU for repair. Autotronics said it would be done in a week. After a week they said the ECU had to go to the ‘Research and Development Department’. 2 weeks after I sent the ECU nothing had been done. Had to pay for them to do nothing! If you want a working ECU and your car back on the road don’t waste time with this company go to an ECU specialist such as Cartech Electronics.

Autotronics was very helpful even from the first phone call to the lady on reception explaining what we needed to do and how long the turn around would be roughly 2/3 days,but to our surprise the young lady on reception actually made it a priority job as we needed the car for Monday for work and we dropped these off Wednesday and had a phone call Thursday morning for collection saying all was fixed/tested.cannot recommend this company enough fast brilliant service very polite

The contact staff were on the ball and kept me informed with regular updates. Very quick turnaround. Hopefully all faults are fixed
