This was my first time purchasing a car from available car and will be my last.
The first visit, I was there for 4 hours. When it was time to test drive the car, it had a flat tire. This wasn’t picked up by available car and was only noticed by myself.
On collection of the car a week later, I had paid a fortune for the diamond bright coating and was promised the car would be clean (look like new)as it was filthy on viewing. Unfortunately, the car was still filthy inside on collection.
Overall, a really disappointing experience.

Poor experience waited 8 days for the car after purchasing only to be told the day of collection it wasnt ready, was told had to wait another 3 days for collection. Had paid the £12k already and insured the car. Had sold my car that morning as was meant to collect new car so was left for 3 days with no car to get to work or get to school spent over £100 in ubers and taxis for 3 days. No apology for the inconvenience caused and my cancelled plans they couldn’t have cared less. 11 days to get the car ready after purchasing is a long time and pretty poor service to be let down and left with no car!

I've bought 2 cars from Available Car now and recommend them highly. Their cars are top quality and the staff are very courteous and professional. I find them to be efficient and diligent, basically hassle-free. From my experiences, I'd say they're a decent, reputable company.

Service by Shaun &Kris fantastic especially Shaun who went out of his way to make the sale easy and enjoyable,even coming in half an hour early on his shift for my test drive!!Would have given a 5, however thought more time could have been taken with the interior valet.

Jon was friendly and easy to talk to. He had a good knowledge of the car and was happy and able to answer all questions about the car I was going to buy and the one I was going to part exchange. I was offered a fair price for my old car.
The process of part exchanging my car to buy a new one was easy and trouble free. My car was ready in less than a week.
I collected my car with Oliver who was also friendly and knowledgeable. The car I have bought is in excellent condition and fully valeted on collection.

Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff made buying a car really easy. They made us feel welcome and talked us through the entire process. They have an amazing range of cars to choose from and all of them are thoroughly checked over and well presented.

Staff very friendly , however on the way home I have a warning light of low trye pressure! I thought they would have been checked.

We found available car very good there was no hassle when we was looking round and when we wanted to test drive a car they was helpful and still no hassle from the staff, when we found the car we liked it all went smoothly, there was one fault with a tire after we took the car home they changed it the next day,

Very smooth purchase, would have given full marks if there had been more fuel on pickup, only 15 miles in the tank, but still very satisfied

A joke company from start to finish. I’ll try and be brief here. Reserved a Nissan Juke for £99. The car was on sale on the forecourt, not waiting for preparation. Took the car for a test drive, which went ok. Went back to start the purchase process of the car but received the HARD upselling. Agreed a part exchange price on my car. Paid £289 for a full AA vehicle check on the car which initially AC tried to delay. AA found a lot of fault codes that they said needed investigation. Contacted AC who said they would sort them all out before collection. Arranged to collect car for the following Monday. Tried to talk to somebody 4 times to find out what these faults were and what they meant. Explained that we wanted to see those cleared faults prior to collecting the car. Nobody rang or answered to message I was told to send through the website. They were never going to fix all the problems or they would have returned all the calls we made. This car was never fit for sale due to the amount of fault codes it had. These faults should have been sorted before it was placed for sale. We have wasted nearly £400 on a car that was never going to be sold without faults. Please make sure you get the engine management system checked BEFORE you purchase. Terrible company.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating, collected my new car today, very pleased with work carried out on it like service, new tyres, mot dash cam but disappointed with the valet, could have done a better job of it, as soon as the sun got on the windscreen it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned and was quite bad in the sunlight, had to pull over and clean it myself

All went well with purchase and trade in, sometimes there was some waiting around but this is because they’re such a busy centre
Would highly recommend Available Car and would definitely give them a look when I buy my next car
