I had a pleasure to speak with Jasmine and she was super polity and helpful. She was able to help me with my request and made sure I am well taken care.

My 1.5 year old son absolutely loves this play set, and when a bolt got dropped in the grass while we were fiddling with the set, Jasmine with customer service was so helpful in getting us a replacement part sent out! I had requested the wrong part in my email and from my description she caught my error and called to make sure I was getting the missing piece I actually needed. He will be so happy to have his slide reattached again!! Thank you Avenlur and Jasmine!

I had been communicating with Avenlur by email for a long time regarding a warranty claim. Jasmine came across the emails, swooped in and resolved everything immediately by phone. She was kind, quick,responsive and very helpful. We already love the product. I’m happy to say the customer service has been overall great as well.

I purchased an outdoor playset and made mistakes on my order details TWICE! But I called customer service and a really helpful rep named Charlene was able to help me out, and commiserate with the trouble of ordering whole distracted by young kids. I even had to call back, and she picked up, greeted me by name, and fixed everything for me. Excellent customer service! Excited for the playset, which I know will be fun for the kids.

We were very excited to find a nice looking toddler sized swing set. Upon installing, we noticed the white color was not consistent. There were stripes of brighter and more yellow-white. After contacting the company, they said this is normal and it’s because the wood is different but offered a 20% discount for the irregularities.

We are less than a year into it and I contacted customer service again because the wood is splitting terribly, and the paint looks like it just washed off in most areas. Keep in mind we have only one three year-old that plays on it very lightly a couple times a week. Customer service said that the owners manual says to repaint the swingset twice a year and wood splitting is normal. Also, the door and table hinges are absolutely terrible. The screws come out of the wood, and had to take them off about one month from installing. Customer service said they are willing to send new wood pieces, but at this point, we are going to trash the entire swingset because it just looks so terrible and it’s ridiculous to require repainting twice a year.

Charlene was exceptional! I was a bit suspect about customer service since some reviews were so marginal but not Charlene. When I called she said she was on another call and would call back within 5-10 minutes. She called back within the time frame , resolved my issues, and now I’m just waiting for the outdoor jungle gym to be delivered to my granddaughter.

Had a wonderful experience speaking with Myla in customer service.
She came across as someone who actually cares about her job and about the customers! She solved my problem quickly and went above and beyond as well and left me and my child more than satisfied! Will absolutely purchase from this company in the future,

Charlene was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. She took the time to research replacement hardware for our Swedish wall ladder and even offered to overnight the replacement parts at no cost.

We were already satisfied with our first Avenlur purchase (the Tulip Baby Bouncer) for our now 15-month-old toddler, but we will continue to support the brand with future purchases as our youngest grows and by referring Avenlur to other families with young children.

Here's why: I contacted Avenlur Customer Service to request an exchange after inadvertently purchasing the wrong tent cover for our Avenlur product that we were eager to repurpose into a play tent/story time nook. I underestimated Avenlur's product offerings and didn't realize just how many tents were available for various Avenlur products. I spoke with Charlene who was patient and kind and generally helpful. Pursuant to Avenlur's Return Policy, Charlene verified both product purchases, provided further instructions, and inevitably conveyed that Avenlur would be sending us the correct tent cover free of charge and there was no need to return the incorrect purchase. We were prepared to pay the difference, including shipping costs, but Avenlur took care of us in an unexpectedly generous way. I could even hear the glee in Charlene's voice when she shared Avenlur's decision!

While customer service needs vary and Avenlur did or does not promise the same outcome we had even in similar instances, we trust that Avenlur is committed to providing quality products and service to all of its customers.

We have several different pieces from Avenlur including a modular rock walls, monkey bars, Betula ladder, teeter totter/balance beam and roller slide. They all withstand our 8,6, and 4 year olds jumping climbing and playing. The playroom keeps our kids moving and off screens! Thank you Avenlur! We highly recommend!

Customer service agent Myla was helpful in resolving an issue I had.

Ordered the hazel Rocker, Pikler, and slide set. Unfortunately, I also happened to order the cocomelon cushion too and the product photos were extremely misleading - on the website it shows a full width cushion for the rocker, but in real life it covers about 80% of the rocker at best. Really disappointed in the lack of customer responsiveness, Avenlur has ignored my emails to date about asking for a replacement. So we have not been able to use the rocker much since our baby is too young still to use the rocker without adequate cushion.

Great customer service from Charlene. She immediately followed up with me to let me know my replacement parts were available and would be shipped. I would definitely purchase from here in the future.

This Playstation is the greatest. My granddaughter loves her time playing with the various toys, along with ones I add in. Additionally, it is the perfect height for me to sit on the edge of the couch or on recliner and interact with her. No weird bending or interference with connecting with her.

I was loosing faith in the company because we could not get the parts for the wooden gym I purchased for my granddaughter. After several emails I called and spoke to Charlene today who very quickly resolved our issue and got the part ordered. She figured out what was going wrong with the emails and solved the issue. She did a great job and restored my faith.
