Through a very difficult time, the Avenues team have been wonderful. Everyone has been kind, helpful, knowledgable and caring, particularly Stavrula and the rest of the nurse team.

The nurses and consultant were all great. Unfortunately I had a few side effects from the drugs I needed for the egg collection - but the staff were all very reassuring and supportive. They checked on me regularly and addressed each issue with kindness and compassion. Stav in particular checked on me regularly and made sure I had everything I needed to feel better. I am very grateful.

I recently underwent egg collection as part of my egg-freezing journey, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience.

From the efficiency of the process and the excellent on-site facilities to the warmth, humour and professionalism of the team, everything was handled so smoothly. The team have a wonderful way of making you feel at ease, reassuring you throughout and bringing a sense of lightness to what can be a deeply personal and sometimes overwhelming journey.

Fertility treatment can come with a lot of emotions, so being surrounded by a team who make you feel comfortable, cared for and even happy throughout the process makes such a difference. Knowing you’re in safe, capable hands really does help ease any nerves.

From the initial consultation through to the procedure itself, I felt looked after every step of the way. The whole process felt incredibly well organised, seamless and supportive.

I’m so grateful to the entire team, and I’d especially like to thank Dr Dimitri and the wonderful team who looked after me. Your care, kindness, humour and professionalism made such a positive difference to my experience, and I’m incredibly appreciative of the way you all made me feel.

An exceptional team who truly care about their patients! I cannot recommend Avenues Fertility enough. Long review but I want to be detailed for those that may be looking to start treatment soon:

From the beginning, the team was transparent about costs, clear about what to expect, and always available to answer questions. We went through their Fair IVF package, which made everything so much easier, particularly having the medication delivered directly to us and having it included in the costs.

My doctor, Dr. Abhijit, was wonderful from our very first consultation. Before we'd even committed to treatment, he took the time to walk us through the process, explain what to expect, and clarify when I'd be seeing him versus another doctor or a nurse, and why. That honesty and transparency really stood out to me. Throughout my treatment, he has continued to be incredibly supportive and caring.

The nursing team has also been fantastic. Whether it may be the scans or the blood draws, they were consistently thorough, kind, and patient.

But what truly blew me away was the care I received on egg retrieval day. It was far more emotional and overwhelming than I'd anticipated, but the care I received that day was extraordinary.

Stavrula, the theatre manager, was an absolute angel. Her warmth and compassion were unlike anything I've experienced in a medical setting. She constantly checked in on me, explained everything, gave me reassuring hugs, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Even after my procedure, when I needed extra time to recover, she never once made me feel rushed. More than anything, it was her genuine kindness and care that stayed with me, and it's one of the things I'll remember most about that entire experience.

Dr. Valentina was also absolutely wonderful. She was the doctor on the day of my egg retrieval and before the procedure, she came to say hello, walked me through the process, and reassured me that everything would be okay.

The anaesthetist was equally fantastic. As this was my first experience with sedation, I was nervous. When I mentioned that my arm was uncomfortable after the IV was placed, he immediately took my concern seriously. Rather than dismissing it because everything looked fine clinically, he reassured me that how I felt was what mattered most and offered to redo it. Such a seemingly small interaction made an enormous difference in how safe and heard I felt.

Because of my PCOS, I experienced more discomfort after the retrieval and needed additional recovery time. The team never rushed me. They continued bringing me tea, water, and food, checking on my pain and providing additional medication and IV fluids when needed. I was given all the time I needed to feel comfortable before leaving.

What touched me even more was that both Stavrula and Dr. Valentina checked in on me after I had gone home. Their care didn't simply end when the procedure was over.

I still have my embryo transfer ahead of me, but I already feel incredibly grateful to have found this team. They have made what can be a difficult and vulnerable experience so much more positive. When you're at the clinic, you see doctors, nurses, and staff running around so busy, but they do it with a smile that just warms the place.

I couldn't be more grateful to be going through this journey with such an incredible team.

Stav was exceptional from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, even offering the staff toilet because she thought two minutes was too long for my wife to wait for the patient facilities.

She made what was an incredibly anxious experience so much more bearable through her kindness, compassion and genuine humanity.

I cannot recommend Stavula highly enough. She is an exceptional nurse who combines professionalism with genuine kindness, compassion and empathy.

Going through fertility treatment can be an emotional and challenging journey, and having someone like Stavula by your side makes an enormous difference. She is incredibly caring, attentive and reassuring, always taking the time to make you feel comfortable, supported and genuinely looked after.

What makes her truly special is not only her expertise, but also the warmth and humanity she brings to her work. I am deeply grateful for everything she has done and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone going through fertility treatment.

We visited avenues after seeing numerous instagram influencers use. However lovely it appeared on the surface. It became a nightmare, we lost 3 months, suffered emotional stress, had to self advocate due to poor administration an incompetent financial consultations. We were mislead and mishandled with numerous promises an guarantees which after investigating all were void. We were given bad advice, wrong information often, an although officially complaining we did give them the opportunity to put it right to which they failed. The director promised us our 16k was safe and he would resolve, but indeed he didnt left us in the lurch and kept £500 for blood tests we cannot use as they have wasted the 3 months time span starting, it became a refund with no apology. A huge shame the clinic looked fancy as new, the reception was friendly an i believe they headhunted some good doctors. But with zero faith in there management of us we were mentally struggling to trust them any further. One training error or mistake maybe you can overlook, but over a handful of errors and stuff IVF experts/ directors/ those selling packages promises should know is absolutely alarming, with massive implications. You trust them to be the experts so that you are safe. Unfortunately the promise of fair and transparent pricing was untrue. Guarentees were void. Advice given incorrect, its hard enough putting your body through treatment an praying for a baby but this whole experience left me heartbroken before we even got to try. I thought from what I had seen avenues would be the clinic, now I think its just focused on social media via influencers ensured their looked after and promotions so footflow follows, and forgot all about the management of managing those clients efficiently. We were not on a fair package neither 16k was alot for a below standard service on one round. We were promised 2 to blastocyst which was a lie. Check the t&cs. Heartbroken never got to experience if the doctors I heavily researched where actually any good because Dr Hall was lovely on consultation. We couldn't risk that money with such incompetency and chose to start again and look elsewhere. Miselling and Incorrect information and then the follow ups to complaints often not answered on days promised. Never given a full breakdown of everything included in packages just a receipt and not uploaded on the app.
We are still awaiting a copy to speak to Consumer Protection and HFEA. Weve now potentially lost a 6 month window wasting time here so hence look at everything in detail. GUTTED !!!!

I didn't actually get to the point where I used Avenues for any medical treatment so I can't comment on that. Probably the doctors and nurses are absolutely fine.
However - after the close of my prior clinic Ovom, Avenues offered me several promises regarding transporting my frozen eggs to their clinic for free and deeply discounted IVF treatment. I enquired with them and went through a week of consultations. Everything was filled with mistakes. Staff were trying to upsell me tests I'd already done before they understood who I was, people were cancelling appointments with no reason, the doctor hadn't read any of my documents despite me uploading them two days prior, and then I was given multiple unclear quotations and conflicting information. Whenever I tried to communicate with them, an AI agent would come back to me talking nonsense. I had nothing against using Avenues for future fertility treatment and it honestly would have been more convenient for me to do it in London, however fertility clinics need to demonstrate basic competency and administrative organisation skills when they are auditioning for a new client. I couldn't believe how repeatedly mistakes were made and no one would answer questions directly or ever get their act together. For the prices they charge, I could never justify such a terrible service.

My husband and I recently had a very disappointing experience with Avenues Clinic London, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services based on what we experienced.
Initially, I was contacted via WhatsApp regarding a promotional fertility package. The package was advertised at a discounted rate and included a doctor consultation, AMH test, semen analysis, fertility investigations, and a 3D scan. During these discussions, both male and female fertility assessments were mentioned, leading us to reasonably believe that the package covered both my husband and me.
Following payment, we attended our first consultation. During this appointment, only I was assessed. I underwent a scan and consultation with a gynaecologist who reviewed my results. We were then informed that my husband would need a separate consultation with another doctor who specialised in male fertility. At no stage were we told that this doctor was external or that there would be any additional consultation fees involved.
The consultation for my husband was arranged directly by the clinic while we were there. He attended, underwent an examination and consultation, and we heard nothing further until a few days later when we unexpectedly received a £400 bill. This came as a complete shock, as there had been no prior discussion, warning, or transparent explanation of these additional costs.
The communication issues did not stop there. We were repeatedly chased by members of the team to book a virtual nurse consultation. However, on the day of the appointment, no one contacted us. When we called to find out what had happened, we were told that the nurse did not know why she was supposed to call us and therefore did not proceed with the appointment. We were later told that another payment was apparently required before the consultation could take place. Again, this had never been clearly explained to us beforehand.
There were also administrative issues. The clinic sent out testing kits for my husband's semen analysis and my blood tests, but the address on the package was incorrect. Thankfully, our local postman recognised my name and delivered it to the correct address. Had he not done so, the package could easily have been lost.
Overall, the experience has been stressful, confusing, and extremely frustrating. The lack of transparency regarding costs, poor internal communication, administrative errors, and missed appointments caused unnecessary anxiety at what is already a sensitive and emotional time for anyone seeking fertility treatment.
This was only our initial experience with the clinic, yet it left us with so little confidence in the service that we have decided to look elsewhere. Fertility treatment is a significant emotional and financial investment, and patients deserve clear communication, transparency, and professionalism.

Proceed with caution. Our experience resulted in wasted time, unexpected expenses, and avoidable stress, which no patient should have to endure.

We’re still in the middle of our journey with Avenues, but already wanted to share some experience so far.

Our doctor, Dr Vivienne Hall, is quite simply everything we could have hoped for. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful and attentive. She explains things clearly, thinks them through with us and adapts when needed. We feel very well looked after.

The nursing team - Stavrula, Mina, Ania, Louisa and Louise - are just excellent. They are kind and reassuring, but also remarkably efficient; everything runs like clockwork.

A big thank you also to Costas, our anaesthesiologist. Calm, precise and thoroughly professional, he inspired confidence + the anaesthetic itself was very smooth.

We don’t know yet where our journey will take us but we already feel very grateful to Dr Viv and the whole team for the care we have received.

I felt very cared for and in safe hands from start to finish. Support was always on hand at any hour. Shout out to Stavroulla, Louisa, Mina, Louise, Costas and Dr Daniella! After freezing at three different clinics it’s definitely my best experience by far.
