Absolute scam! Impossible to return, product not as advertised. Bought the built in bra tank, it is completely different to the photos and sizing is insanely bad. They even replied to me admitting they changed the design but kept old inaccurate photos of the vest. Insane behaviour and illegal. Do not buy from them!!!

Save yourself the heartache and do not order from this company. Products delivered are nothing like what is advertised--size, color, material etc are completely sub par. Impossible to return even though they adverise free returns and money back guarantee. Just terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I don’t write reviews ever and should’ve looked up the reviews before ordering. But this company has got to be one of the worst scammers out there. I tried returning items and paid for return shipping only to be told they’re sorry but it was shipped to the wrong return address. The address on the website!! So now I paid for items that I don’t have, paid for return shipping and not getting a refund. And I’m sure they have my return at their warehouse, because I got tracking. Total BS, do not order from this company!

Do not order from Ovantii! Sizing is way off- I’m 34 bust so ordered medium and tank tops are FAR too big- says free exchange / refund- NOT TRUE. They want you to pay to send them back - $31. Totally false advertising- tanks are thin and crappy- not supportive at all. They offered 20% refund only- what a scam.

I bought a tank with built in bra. The item was not the same item as advertised. The built in bra had the tiniest thin elastic at the base while the advertised version showed a thick 2 inch thick elastic. The seams of the build in bra show clearly when wearing the tank while the advertised version showed a smooth look.

Item was not the same as the one ordered and I can’t seem to get a response from company. Without any chance of a refund.

the quality of the hoodie is not as described, cheap flammable material, no labels inside, was supposed to be 100% organic cotton. When email support you get a standard reply. I have no hope of getting a refund so will save myself the return shipping fees. Don't buy from this site is my advice

I ordered from what I thought was a USA company, everything is in dollars. When I eventually get the shipping info it's actually coming from China! They are not a US company, it's a front!
I tried to cancel my order before it was dispatched and they wrote me off. Eventually a month and half after ordering 1 package has turned up (still missing the 2nd package). Inside is a pair of trousers which I didn't order, on contacting the company they insist everything is checked before sending and if I am not happy I need to pay the delivery and return postage. I have sent photos proving they are not the trousers I ordered. I am yet to get a reply. I stupidly spent over £80 with this company, could kick myself. It's cheap chinese made crap, poor fabric and nothing like whats shown on the website. I order a pair of plain white jeans, and received a pair of pinstripe trousers, they are not even close to the same thing. Avoid this company and do not buy!

Horrible the quality of the product is super Chinese and nothing good I don't like it at all 80 € for a shit

I am still chasing the refund over a month later ! Do not buy from them.
If I could give lower I would. Item completely wrong size. I received a cheap cotton jacket, completely different from the waxed, refurbished jacket I thought I’d bought.

I ordered a jeans with the right size that I usually wear (even sometimes it is too big). The size is too small and I tried to contact them but each time, it is the exact answer (looks like an automatic email) that doesn’t answer to my questions. They asked if proof ( so pictures) and I asked what pictures exactly and the never answered. I am still trying to contact them but I my hopes to get a real answer are really tight. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ORDER ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE.

Total Scam Quality is extremely bad And customer service completely ignores me from 3 different mails

Je déconseille fortement de commander sur ce site, lorsque j'ai commandé, je n'ai pas eu de mail de confirmation, mais un mail m'indiquant que ma commande était toujours en attente dans mon panier, du coup j'ai commandé une deuxième fois, et là surprise, le montant est débité 2 fois sur mon compte. Ensuite impossible de me faire rembourser, pas d'interlocuteur. Sachez que si votre commande ne convient pas, il faudra renvoyer votre colis en Chine, avec des frais de port importants et de douane en plus, et je ne vous garantis même pas que vous soyez remboursé.
