I did not make an error measuring and being called "untruthful" is the same type of response I was getting when I let them know the blind I received was not what I ordered. Award blinds was making it so difficult making my order right I gave up.. not worth all the trouble.. I think they count on that.. Use extreme caution if using this company. If you buy it you're done. My blind arrived warped and shorter then I requested. When I reached out I met with defensive, unhelpful customer service. Photos were requested and when I sent them they asked for more. The effort was time consuming so I gave up and tossed the blind. There is such heavy competition with window options, use someone else and save yourself the grief.

We just received the two roller shades that we had ordered. We have installed them and couldn't be happier! The fit was perfect and the quality was great. Also, the packaging was excellent. This was our first order and we will be ordering more.

Award has great prices and a vast selection of options to customize. I wanted as close to a black-out shade as possible, but have a fresh and light look when not in the blackout mode. Originally I ordered the cordless top down/bottom up, but only realized after I we installed the first shade that our very tall windows made the top down mode difficult. Award's quality was so good that I re-ordered the same shades but with the corded option. We do not have small children, but I do have a cat. The cord wraps around the cleat very easily and out of sight.

WE FINALLY COMPLETED THE INSTALLATION OF ALL TEN WINDOW BLINDS IN OUR SUN ROOM. EVERY BLIND SIZE FITTED PERFECTLY! THE CUSTOM CORD LENGTHS ARE WORKING OUT BEAUTIFULLY AND EASY TO REACH. WE ARE SO PLEASED!!!!!! THE SHIPPING BOXES WERE SO STURDY AND THE BLINDS WERE PACKED SO CAREFULLY THAT OUR COMPLETE ORDER ARRIVED IN GOOD SHAPE. The cellular shades and vertical blinds I purchased are excellent quality. I acquired a large motorized unit, and six other cellulars with the continuous loop since my windows are too tall for a short guy like me to have cordless TDBU shades. I ordered two blinds for my doors. I researched many different sellers for options and pricing mainly. I was impressed with the quality for the price. They shipped them fast and everything was correct.

I recently ordered 4 window blinds from AwardBlinds.com. They were very fast in making them up and shipping them FedEx. I put up each blind in about 5 minutes, simple and easy. The blinds were individually boxed in very heavy duty shipping boxes and were very well packaged. The hardest part about putting up the blinds was getting them out of the stapled boxes :) The blinds were very nice and cut exactly to size. We couldn't be happier. I would recommend AwardBlinds to anyone.

Got my order in. The color was absolutely perfect on the 2-inch faux wood to match some decorative barn stained gray doors in our basement game room. Perfect size and fit. Super easy to install. Really loved the magnetic Valance attached on the front, I'll never have to worry about that breaking. Best price also! Very happy!

I recently placed two orders for blinds. One order was for cellular blinds and the other for vertical blinds. I received both orders in the timeframe promise. They arrived in excellent condition and were accurate to my measurements. They were high quality at a competitive price. When I contacted customer service with questions both via email and by telephone, I found them very helpful and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend awards blinds to my family and friends.

I wasn't going to write a review but read a coupe of the lower rated reviews which compelled me to do one. We are over joyed with the finished product and our sunroom looks even better than it did.
Customer Service is top notch. I had calls and emails and was very pleased with the service they provided.
Most importantly prior to finalizing the order the sent a "check your measurements" email which saved the day as I needed to add an inch to my 84" span to get proper Shade coverage. WE ordered 3 - 28 1/2" and 2 - 84" Shades and they are spot on.
If I was to say one thing on a less than 5 scale it would be the Installation instructions could have been more explanatory but it wasn't a deal breaker.
