I assumed the award came in a more presentable box. It would be nice to present to awardee in a stable, soft lined box.

Because of that price point, the packaging is more functional than luxury-oriented. We do show the packaging style on the product listing whenever possible so customers know what to expect.

We were thrilled with the whole process. It was for a Retirement of 26 Years and was Perfect!!
Ordering was easy, getting a work up of our order and a final look before going to production. Customer Service was GREAT, in make sure our Award got to us on time.
The Award itself was "Exceptional" exactly as we pictured it and really much more elequent.
We will purchase from Awards again.
