I ordered an item over a month ago and have chased the company and courier re delivery but really alot of rubbish I was told re delivery . After two weeks I thought that it was a scam and requesting a refund to no avail. BEWARE!

Company has dissolved
A little research on Companies House website shows that the company Cross and Cross with company number 05178266 has been dormant since 2015 and as of earlier this year (2026) has disolved. Propriators D & A Cross are still listed as Directors but it appears Axcross is no longer trading, but their website can still take your money and promise delivery - which is unlikely to arrive.

Do not use them I have had the same experience. Ordered over 4 weeks ago and got tracking updates from the fake logistics company they use AZTCARGO. Had a message to say they had attempted delivery. We were in all day and have a ring doorbell - they did not attempt to deliver. I’m now contacting my credit card co to report them.

Oh how I wish I read the other reviews before I ordered a Dyson from them. Same story ordered over 4 weeks ago and got tracking updates from the fake logistics company they use AZTCARGO. Had a message today to say they had attempted delivery claiming nobody home, we were both at home working the garden in full site of front door and entrance nobody delivered anything also we have security cameras so have clear evidence that these people are a bunch of liars.

Purchased a camera 4 weeks ago have had 22 shipment updates it has gone to Rotterdam-Edinburgh-Glasgow-Newcastle-Middlesborough then was sent to courier who apparently tried to deliver today and said no one in but i was sitting in my front garden
They do not answer emails.
Please get this company shut down

Ordered a hoover on 17th April. Thought i had checked everything before I placed the order, Checked for online reviews, checked companies house etc and nothing to make me suspicious. After a month of hoover coming from Netherlands, 2 × "attempted deliveries" my hoover is now "in storage" is now awaiting my instructions.

Sent numerous emails to a cross and ATZ cargo and no replies. Seems that I'm not the only one to have been scammed, was just trying to save a few quid.

Do not buy from this site it is a pure scam!!!
OMG I bough Oven on the 29th April, communicate with them, everything was OK they even replied . They said my Shipment will come through AZT Cargo. Everyday at around midday the app update and keeps going back to some transhipment: arriving to the port and again the circle is not ending.

It is a pure scam after so many email no answer/ can not contact them. And after reading all the review I can conclude that all of us was trapped. I paid £595 not that much cheap for an Neff Oven.
I raised a dispute with the bank, hope theyll help me as I am struggling financially.

Absolute scam with fraudulent tracking system, Report and do not touch . The owner on Companies House has over 3000 companies in her name . Mostly dissolved

Like the other reviewers have said, it’s a scam. I ordered an item 4 weeks ago that has not arrived. There is some obviously fake tracking information, claiming my item is going through all sorts of distribution centres and ports. I have raised a claim with my credit card company.

I had exactly the same experience as other reviewers.
100% SCAM.

I placed my order 4 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. The tracking kept updating, showing the parcel travelling from the Netherlands to the UK by boat. Once in the UK, it went from Edinburgh to Glasgow, then Newcastle.
Get in touch with your Credit Card company now and let them know.

A well set up scam. The website looks good, as does the courier website. But the addresses for the courier are clearly random (check using Google maps). They delay and delay to make it more difficult to return the payment.

Do not use. They use AZT cargo to track delivery to give you a sense that things are happening. 4 weeks later and still nothing.

Like other posters I have waited 4 weeks for a camera I ordered. It has been from Rotterdam to Edinburgh to Newcastle and now to Middlesbrough (I live in the south of England!). I have contacted them with no response. What is particularly annoying is that I checked this company on a scam detector website and it got a fairly good mark. A genuine company they said. Be warned, it isn't. This is a SCAM

Avoid at all cost
I usually look into companies before ordering but recent problems at home took my eye off the ball.
They responded with one email and no more.
This hoover according to the tracking has travelled the bloody world.
I paid by credit card who are now trying to get my money back.
I learnt my lesson the hard way by trying to save a bit of money 😬

Do not order from this site. They have committed identity fraud and have been reported to trading standards.

Please do not order from this company they are scammers your item will not arrive , albeit they will give you a nonsense tracking email , explaining how your item is in different ports all lies , then they said they attempted to deliver when I have a ring door bell , nobody arrived again please don't order from these scammers.

This company is Scam, I ordered a Neff oven paid for on the 16/04/2026 no sign of the goods and when I saw all the negative reviews I contacted my card company who were very helpful and got my money back, today the tracker is showing they tried to deliver more lies as no one has been because I have cameras and can confirm they are lying, so please if you bought any thing contact your card company and get your money back
