Great customer service and product
Had some initial problems where the device I received had became defective after a couple days, the LED became very dim and then ultimately stopped working. I contacted Axel Glade support about the issue and within a day a lady named Ellen responded back and provided troubleshooting steps. Unfortunately it turned out my device was faulty, but Ellen was quick to support me and sent out a brand new unit.
As for the device itself, I use it near daily. Very helpful being able to see inside your ears as you're cleaning them. Have been using the device for the past couple of weeks and have not experienced any problems with the replacement device.
Surprisingly well customer service!
I was having issues with my item not connecting properly, but we came to an understanding that it’s probably just the item that is defective. They offered to send a replacement free of charge which is super nice and leaves me feeling satisfied knowing that they have tried and succeeded to help resolve my situation!

The Spade is a wonderful tool and great service
The Spade is a wonderful tool. Took a little getting used to, but once I got the hang of it, it worked great. Unfortunately the lens malfunctioned, but I got wonderful support and I received a replacement (even though the warranty had just expired). Thanks so much to the support team and on to clean ears!

Accidentally double purchased two Axel Glades. Customer relations was quick to give me the info via email needed to return and receive a refund on one of the products.
Great service
Support was great, I emailed with the details of my issue and they responded by the afternoon. On a Sunday no less! They gave me the exact details of a walk through on a possible fix for my issue, and offered additional help if that didn't work. Their fix worked and my device was working properly.
LOVE MY AXEL GLADE!!!
I ordered another brand of the same product & paid half the price of the Axel Glade. I ended up returning that one. I was being cheap & didn't really want to pay $100 for a ear cleaning gadget. After reading many reviews & watching many YouTube videos. I broke down & bought the Glade. OMG...what a difference in the Glade vs the other brand that I initially purchased. The camera is amazing!!! You also get a lot of different tools to use with the Glade. With the discount & sale price I paid $94 & it's worth every penny. If you're debating. Debate no longer...BUY it! Their customer service is awesome too!! Great product & great customer service. You can't get any better than that!!

Used a 5% discount code when I placed my order but I missed an email with 10% off. Asked if they could refund the difference. Customer service was exceptional! Got back to me very quickly and processed the refund by the time I got an email confirming. I love great customer service, and I am super impressed for my recent interaction with Axel Glade.
After owning my spade for two days (and loving my new gadget), my 4-year old decided it needed to be washed. She submerged the whole device including the charging base in water. While I was able to dry it out in rice, the wifi connectivity was shot. I explained this all to the customer service at axel glade in the hopes they had a remedy or could maybe even give me a nice discount code to purchase another. They went above and beyond and sent me a replacement for free! That’s phenomenal customer service!

My package shipping history was not updated for over a week.... I started to become worried that it was either not processed properly or that it was delivered and stolen... Ellen was able to verify that one of the extra pieces i ordered was on back order and that she made it a rush ship to get to me... not only that but she discounted me 10% back onto my initial order saving me around $15.00... overall Ellen helped get me an answer, get me my package, and get me discount for the inconvenience... I wish there was more customer service reps like Ellen out there. Kudos to Ellen and Axel Glade for hiring a great employee.
