2nd time they have not turned up and…
2nd time they have not turned up and previously arrived at 11am for afternoon appointment when the part ordered by Pro Ev was not even with the courier.
They have my number as they texted me to confirm the appointment on behalf of ProEV, so not showing up or messaging is really unprofessional.
When they are here, the engineer and even the back office are good and they get the job done.
It’s a shame they don’t keep customers updated on likely expected arrival or delays. Even a policy of messaging when leaving the previous job and tell the customer what number they are for that morning or afternoon would be professional.

You’re absolutely right: not turning up and not keeping you updated is unprofessional, especially when we had your contact details and had confirmed the appointment. There’s no excuse for that, and I understand how frustrating it is.
I do appreciate you also noting that when we’re on site the engineer and office team are good and get the job done — but we let you down on communication and reliability here.
If you’re happy to, please message the office with the address/postcode and the appointment date(s), and I’ll look into what happened and make sure it’s resolved properly.

I had Fella come down this friday to install my Ohme pro ev and i must say his service was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure he was able to install the Ev charger despite some potential obstacles. Would definitely recommend !!

We had Connor install our EV charger, he was polite, professional and ensured our requirements were delivered. He kept minimal disruption whilst we were working from home. His work was clean and tidy and the charger looks really great! I would recommend Connor and AYP for any electrical work!

Turned up on time which is a good start. Explained exactly what he needed to do and how long it would take. I think he completed the job quicker to be honest. Only without power for 10mins whilst testing. Would use again.

Very efficient, professional service provided. Installation of EV charger was great and the cable (over 20m) was all tied into the house very neatly. Around the house was left spotless and I would recommend this company in the future. Installers were polite and helpful throughout and even synced the charger app wirh my car app, just to ensure I was good to go. Fantastic service.

Great service all round
Riley arrived in the morning as advised to fit our new Ohme charger point. Fully explained what would happen and how long the elcetrics would be off for as not to cause too much of a disruption (WFH). showed us how the charger operates and gave a bit of advise on when to charge etc. Such a polite and pleasant young man, a real asset to your company. He will go far :)

From the initial quote to the completion of the job, the entire experience was fantastic. Aran was always available on the phone to answer any questions I had, and he responded to each one patiently and thoroughly.
On the day of installation, engineer Kie arrived right on time. He laid the cables with impressive neatness and efficiency, paying close attention to every detail.

Connor was an absolute superhero on what ended up being a pretty complex install. Brilliantly finished off to ensure the unit and cabling etc are all discreet and hardly noticeable.
