I was accidentally sent the wrong order. I contacted Azuna's customer service and Catherine was able to assist me with getting my order corrected. Catherine was courteous and she was able to get the correct order sent out.

Quality products and amazing customer service. Switched my scent but the order processed beforehand. They responded quickly and offered a solution I would not have asked for. They went above and beyond.

I use one in the laundry room near the cat box and the other in my bathroom. Need to get 2 more for living room and kitchen! I also have the car one’s, lasted so long even with my dog going almost every where with me! I hardly smell them in a room. No perfume smell like others. I like that I can also buy on Amazon for quick delivery.

I am not a fan of air fresheners in general. Most of the products have extremely potent smells and still didn’t seem to rid the house of lingering odors. I also tried diffusers with essential oils. Too much trouble with continually having to refill and clean. Then I saw an advertisement for Azuna and thought I would give it a try. I purchased the two container starter kit. I am hooked. It is so easy to fill and forget. I detect the fragrance from the jars but it is not a clawing, strong overpowering scent. I receive refills on a regular basis and have tried several different scents. I have liked most of them

This product did nothing to help any room smell better. I tried small bathrooms and other smaller rooms , filled th jars as they described and it did nothing neutralize any odors. I then cancelled the product only to get billed again, shocking, then they tried telling me they have refunded the money. 2 different emails claim they have and yet my back shows no refund at all. Companies like this think people will just accept this, well I will not, it’s ridiculous just refund my money already!

The entire room smells fresh. I have four and they work in every room. Thank you.

This is what keeps our 2 dog house from smelling like a 2 dog house…. Without smelling like chemicals. The subscription timing works out perfect for us….. and is a great reminder of when to refill the jars.

This is the best air freshener I have ever purchased. I love the glass jars and my home always smells fresh and clean. The product lasts for several months!

I have dogs in our home as they are family companions. I find this product quite effective in keeping dog odor at bay. I particularly love ke that it doesn’t have a perfumed scent obviously trying to camouflage the existing odor for 5 min.
Your Cedar scent is fresh and clean and does the job of eliminating pet odor.

Smells good for about 3-4 days then loses its fresh smell. Customer service has always been good but product is pricey for a larger home

No scent at all. I just set it up 5 days ago and short of me sticking face INTO the gel-there is not a single whisper of scent. It actually feels a little scammy.I would avoid buying as the satisfaction in 30 days guarantee has fine print that they charge you $10 to return.

They rely heavily on the fact that if a customer complains about the lack of smell, customer service will just point to the fine print on their website stating the product is meant to create "neutral air" and is not a traditional air freshener. It feels like a bait-and-switch because the marketing imagery pushes a fragrant lifestyle, but the actual product is just a passive, low-emission gel.

Having a large dog means always having dog smell in the house. At least until I found Azuna. Thank you so much for this.
