Simply Don't Use.
I have never come across a company with such poor communication and customer service. Completely mis sold products to us and after three months filled with empty promises things have still not been sorted. Always promising calls back and solutions but always failing to deliver. I couldn't recommend them any less.

One of the worst companies I have ever…
One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Our contract has ended with them now and they are still charging us now when our contact ended at the beginning of May and apparently they intend to keep charging us for '24/7 Support' & 'Maintenance' until October. They're service whilst with them was abysmal. They were a nightmare to deal with from the moment they took over Berry Telecom (our original provider). They lie constantly and are never there when you need them. I can't recommend enough that you don't use them.

Don't do it, they are quite possibly the worst telecoms company we have ever dealt with. They were previously called Berry Telecoms which was also a dreadful experience, I didn't think things could get much worse but they did. They removed there google profile due to all 1 star reviews.
How are they still operating ?
How are they still operating ?. We inherited this shambles of a company after they took over our previous support company. They have been nothing short of appalling. We have had many issues, typically each issue takes 4-6 calls or emails to get a response, if we're lucky, multiply this by easily 70-75 issues over the past 2 years and that ends up costing us time and money. Despite this when we insisted we wish to terminate our contract we were threatened with legal action. Just read all the other reviews - we aren’t alone - AVOID !!!

So Far So Good!
We have had some awful experiences with Telecoms providers and was very nervous about signing upto a new contract. However Babble have been the first company to offer some sound, honest advice. A big thanks to Darren who walked us through the contract and made the effort to visit our facility. A massive thanks to Bradley who made the install and answered all of our questions.

Worse Comms company ever
Would provide 0 stars if possible. Trying to get termination fees. They send you the wrong details and when you try and get these amended they ignore your emails, which then requires a chasing phone call. They say they will get this over to you, then it all goes quiet again. It's a constant loop and you can never get out. They run each phone on a different contract, which again makes it more difficult. Please avoid this company at all costs.

I have been trying to get end of contract dates for months. They have closed my cases multiple times without actually dealing with queries or issues. Found my old contract agreement and they have sent through a new one with new dates a year on! Service is non existent

Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service. They could not care less whether they deal with your issue (that they've caused) or not. Impolite, passive aggressive and incompetent. I would not recommend any business choose them as their 02 partner, choose someone else instead.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
I’ve had a year dispute with Babble over intermittent faults with my phone line. Various attempts to fix this issue have been ineffective, and after a while, they gave up trying.
In October I was told to “be patient” and that someone would be in touch to assess my claim. It’s now May and they’ve only gotten in touch to try and charge me for a service that didn’t work, even when I had an ongoing dispute for them!
I now have a formal complaint for damages with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution, as they still have not resolved my claim.
If you’re a business owner, go somewhere else for your phone service.

New Phone installation
Bradley came to install our new phones.
He was professional and got everything set up quickly.
He was polite and helped us with all of our little queries and questions.
Overall a great experience.
Dreadful service and experience
Awful awful awful customer service. They have disconnected the phones for no reason (bills all paid) bounced department to department with no call backs over a week and still no resolution …. Please never ever use this company I warn you complete disaster !

Excellent installation service from Brad and Ashley. Very polite, friendly, efficient service and patiently explained the new phones. Swiftly picked up any issues and resolved them. Brad ensured everybody was happy with the new system and programmed everything that was required by each individual.

Robert Munday is a standout employee!
Service provided by Robert Munday was absolutely fantastic. I had an issue after my connection was changed and Robert sorted everything out for me even on his day off! It was a pleasure to speak to somebody who was friendly, interested and so helpful!

If i could leave 0 stars I would. Zero service, expensive and whe we cancelled it took them 6 months to action whilst continuing to invoice us. Then tried to take the legal route.
We have 6 connected companies who are all moving services now!
Edit: response received from Babble to my review within 3 days. Try to cancel your contract = 6 months. Why would I contact your customer service now? Pathetic!
