Very happy with the car seats that I ordered. All three seats arrived in time, well packed and the communication regarding the delivery has been great. Highly recommend.

I think this company is a scam. I ordered something, received an email confirmation with order number, then later received an email saying it was dispatched with an Evri tracking number. After a week of not receiving anything further, and the Evri tracking showing they had yet to receive the parcel, I emailed the company. The company told me the order was cancelled and a refund was issued. I checked my bank statement, no refund. I checked my emails even junk to see if I had received a cancellation email, and there was nothing. I wrote back to them saying I didnt receive an email cancelling or a refund, please can you refund and I havent even had a reply .... I think they may be having serious issues at the moment so I would AVOID. (I've contacted my bank to cancel the transaction).

Order number 253793 - received travel system a week ago, faulty when opening - baby carrier marked inside, chassis handle bar adjust broken one side and also when folding main side button gets stuck and also other side (same side as faulty handle bar adjusting) also sticks took hours to manage to close the chassis, didn’t even inspect the remainder of the travel system as what I seen already was faulty.

Faults happen but the issue with baby travel is that they do not deal with anything and you get fobbed off. I was sent after chasing several times an email from Tyler who tried to explain the item wasn’t faulty and I wasn’t operating it right, I sent video off the chassis and buttons completely stuck! And marks over the baby carrier, very condescending!

Eventually he agreed to a return but has failed to get back to me with dates, no one again is answering the phones not responding to emails, and if the phone is answered I just get told I will get a call back which no one does!

As the item is faulty I have requested that they do not charge the £50 Refund fee as this item is faulty and under the hood act is illegal to charge this (please note I do understand if I changed my mind that I would be liable for that fee which is understandable)

It seems like the customer service level of care is shocking, and although reception seem nice the odd time
I manage to get through, nothing is ever resolved and fobbed off. There’s really no excuse for this level of, or should
I say lack of care and lack of response or resolution.

Shocking shocking company of anything was to go wrong.

I feel that the prices are amazing. But be warned if something is wrong/faulty you will have a nightmare to try and resolve it

I bought this stroller for my granddaughter who is 6 months for when I look after her. I have not used yet but it has been put together and I’m happy with the way it looks and everything it came with, looks lovely but does seem to be a little flimsy at the joining but only time will tell once I start using it.

Much better for the carrycot. Without it you can see the wood underneath and does not seem confortable at all

My grandsons isafe car seat has developed fraying on straps - all emails are bouncing back and phone lines not being answered or continually engaged ! The car seat is in warranty very disappointed with this lack of service ! My grandson safety is critical so I’ll have to now go out and buy a new car seat. No customer service whatsoever

I ordered raincover from this company on ebay. They're using Hermes/ Evri to deliver the parcels, of course I never received it. Evri just put as item delivered, without posting any proof of that or where it was delivered.
This company didn't help at all, they tracked the item on their website and took the information there as true and ignored what I was saying. Thank you for nothing

We have bought many cots from Baby Travel and the quality is very good for the price.
