The product was easy to order. The response was immediate. It was delivered by Royal Mail a day later than expected but that was not the company's fault.
The head support bought is clever; more clever than earlier models in that it is articulated and fits any size. My husband will benefit from this product. Thank you.

I bought a Posture Hero Brace after seeing a video of myself at a family party. I didn't realise how bad my posture was and realised I needed to do something about it. I looked at a lot of braces online and am happy with the one I chose. I wear it over the top of a tee shirt and can wear it most of the day, although after several hours it can be a bit uncomfortable under the arms. However, I find it does help and just remembering I'm wearing it makes me pull my shoulders back. Early days, have only had it 5 days but I'm happy so far.

The back brace is very good, I have a bad shoulder and get a lot or muscle pain and their main brace does help relieve this a lot, I highly recommend. I did have some trouble with the massage cushion as my skin had a bad reaction to it. Their customer service did support me in the end with that though.

Unfortunately even though the product was great it wasn't right for what my mum has.
Found then to be very helpful and friendly on returning item.

Fantastic customer service as I was late ordering for Christmas but it arrived in time as extra effort made to post it next day for me. This was for my Mum who suffers from a couple of structural problems, her physio recommended this and she has used it and said it was really comfortable and helped a lot and she said using it regularly will definitely be good for her.

BackPainHelp have been very helpful with excellent communication - I made an error with my order but it was quickly and efficiently sorted with patience. The first generation back brace is a good fit and comfortable - I am wearing it directly on my skin. This is my first day, so I can't comment about long term benefits but it seems to be a good support and stopping me bending which I think is my main problem. It also holds in my small beer belly neatly!

Mark didn’t hesitate to solve my problem of replacing missing poles from my spine gym. They had been lost by removal men when I moved house. Ordered a week ago, has been in transit to Royal mail for 7 days, contact numbers on website don't connect, no response from email or webchat...I would not recommend 😡
Edit... I have now received item plus refund from company which I feel shows integrity from the company however the original difficulty in contacting was my reason for the original poor rating.
In terms of the product itself, I have found it comfortable enough to wear although a little scratchy around the neck. I havent been able wear as often as I had planned but it does seem to have improved my neck pain and my posture even with the little time I've used it.

I was experiencing severe pain in my shoulder blade which after tests to rule out heart or lung issues was diagnosed as muscular. I was taking several pain killers every day, both prescribed and over the counter which only took the edge off the pain. I saw Posture Hero whilst looking for help on the internet. I’m so glad I went ahead and bought it. Almost immediately the pain in my back went. I have been wearing it on and off for over a week and it definitely has made a huge difference. I went one day without using it and the pain returned albeit much less severe.

When I sit at my desk for long periods of time, at the end if the day my neck and shoulders are killing me. When I wear this brace I have NO pain at all... It's amazing!
Would definitely recommended this brace.
