Further to my review. I have sent this email to Baezshop many times without a reply. I will take further action if I do not receive a refund for the returned item. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

THE DRESS I RETURNED TO YOU WAS DELIVERED TO YOUR ADDRESS 7 DAYS AGO ON THE SEPTEMBER 11TH. CAN YOU TELL ME WHY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND?

I LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR PROMPT REPLY IN THIS MATTER.

Horrible company very very horrible. I received my package and was absolutely Blown Away by the type of material the top was made of look like a cheap Dollar Store tablecloth. The size again was way too small I normally wear about a 1X and figured no order a 3 in case it shrinks and I could not even get anything over my head. I have received one message from them and they offered me half of the price and I could keep it the top that is. What in the heck will I do with something that ugly and small. When I attempted to answer them back my email came back not once but 10 different times as I attempted to contact them and say I did not want half I wanted the whole thing and where do I send it 2 and the emails kept coming back saying undeliverable. Well that was a whole waste of 30 bucks that I paid for something that looks like crap! I am going to report this to the Better Business Bureau how can these people get away with this.

I really share the two reviews I have just read. My sympathy is with you both. Send it back to China' they say ???? No way am I doing this. No information in the package they sent with the dress, so I sent it to the address printed on the outside, and now they say they haven't received it. I am furious and never have been treated this way. I found Baezshop on Pinterest so have just deleted them from my email account. But, I shall pursue this to the end and go the National Press.

This is one of the worst company's I have ever bought anything from. I wish I would of seen this sight before buying the shoes from them. The picture was nothing like the shoes. The shoes look so good in the pictures but when I receive them they were like a cheap plastic. The they don't even look plastic in the pictures. And what nightmare it is to try to retire them and get my money back. The return address on the package was from California. And they are saying I have to return they to China. What a joke I hope who ever is reading this never buys anything from them and pass this on. I'm going to report them to the better business Bureau. Also I have 25 emails trying to return these and can't get any help from they. And all they keep saying is I have to retire them to China. Why wasn't my return address on the package China. What a joke.
