Great website, products and customer service
A clear, easy to search website, with a wide variety of products which are often hard to find elsewhere. The prices are competitive, and delivery very reasonable. I only ordered two things this time, but the customer care was excellent, with a personalised email. Delivery was quick and the items arrived well packaged.

In my honest opinion this has to be the top online meat provider I have ever come across? Lamb beef chicken all fresh perfectly presented and packaged in a sturdy cool box to keep things as fresh as possible,I have had at least 4 complaint free orders? Very. easy to contact Issam the owner who is always on hand to answer and sort out any problems Great owner in my experience their meat has been exceptional quality and I do cook quite often.and have never been disappointed? Compare this seller with your top supermarket? No comparison these guys win hands down!

Have made multiple orders now from Bakkali, generally a good experience, a few issues here and there with the DHL delivery service leading to spoiled products and other issues but these were always corrected very quickly and professionally by Bakkali when brought to their attention.
There is room for improvement on a couple of aspects:
1) Weight of Meat can be off by 20g here and there which doesn't seem much but it adds up over time, weight of fresh produce can be off too, previously we ordered courgette and it was nearly 300g off, and when this is needed for a meal, it creates issues,
2) Work on keeping pricing consistent, lately we have noticed prices on meat and other things creeping up? Not sure why this is. Also noticed a jar of 900g Chtoura turnips has gone from £3.99 to over £10, which obviously is not affordable for me. Please keep prices consistent as if they keep increasing the won't be affordable for us.
Overall a good experience but not as good as when we first ordered, hopefully things improve soon.
