What can I say, in a world where customer service is now non existent…Balance My Hormones have put a smile back on my face. Mike the owner went above and beyond to help me when I dropped my medication bottle and smashed it, 1 day before my holiday. The medication was dispensed and delivered in less than 6 hours which is nothing short of a miracle as I live 200 miles away from the pharmacy and same day delivery is not something they normally do. Thank you so much and for great work you do keeping men’s health in check.

4 year customer from Denmark. My honest review, sadly. The good part: Exceptional service, team and doctors. Always was, still is. The bad part: half a product at best, if you are a EU patient. Back when I joined I could get blood work done, I could get HCG, I could get different esters of testosterone and the price was half of what it is now. Now, I have to get my own blood work done, I can’t get close to full spectrum HRT, testosterone only, and the price is double. Honestly can’t recommend with good consciousness at this time for Europeans. However, I stay on, cause I have no other options.

Facts, not just my opinion. This is an example of another company who has no idea what they’re selling and just ok with making profit while ruining lives. Proof? Look on their webpage. It is riddled with misinformation. Just one of many examples is they say testosterone proprionate takes weeks to kick in. Anyone who knows the first thing about hormone therapy knows it takes several hours to kick in. Testosterone cipionate or enanthate can take 2-3 weeks to kick in. This is a huge mistake among many others.

I only needed a therapudic hrt dose and they tried to prescribe me 3x that, basically they tried to just prescribe me a steroid dose with no regard for potential estrogen rebound. Very scary be careful and do your research. I hope there are some doctors there who know what they’re doing

Excellent service from Balance My Hormones. I have been under their care for a number of years. Their defining quality is their in depth knowledge of the TRT field. This means that they have been able to both closely monitor my ongoing levels and tailor the treatment as appropriate to my specific circumstances. Their consultants have been extremely patient too. They have always taken the time to go through the treatment plans in order to fully explain the reason for the regimen, understand previous health issues and explain the meaning of test results. What is particularly noteworthy is that they will first assess whether TRT is even suitable for you, or if there are non-TRT paths one may take to optimize hormonal levels (e.g. diet). Their objective has always been first and foremost a duty to patient care and well-being before making money from anyone's condition. I'd recommend Balance My Hormones to anyone who may simply want to check their hormonal levels and receive an impartial objective opinion, or take matters further with a supportive treatment plan.

Completed my first 6 weeks on treatment and couldn’t be more happier. The service has been excellent. I have had to contact BMH a couple of times due to Royal mail issues with my treatment and they dealt with things super fast. They reply to e-mails and the chat function really quickly which gives me confidence I have chosen the right company. My treatment with the compounded testosterone cream is going really well so far and all my symptoms have disappeared. I haven't had any worrying side effects only positive ones.
I would recommend balance my hormones to anyone who feels they might have issues caused by low T , getting on treatment if you need it will improve your quality of life.

I came across this company a few months ago on my search for TRT/TOT treatment. At 50, I had started to feel the symptoms of low T and had done in fact for a number of years but found the NHS not very helpful. From the initial enquiry with Clare, to the first blood test followed by a call with Ollie, I just can't rate them higher, I wish I could rate them 10 stars. As someone who has only just started, I was anxious about what it would entail but with the Dr and Ollie's help I can take control of my treatment. Special call outs should go to Mike who took the time out of what was no doubt an extremely busy day to personally call me also Rich. Along with Dan who has been no end of help, even making sure I was getting value for money with my treatment, these guys really are thinking of the client at all times. What I find most useful is the team are also on treatment meaning they've been there before and get it, they know how to help me feel apart of my own treatment. Can't thank the team enough and am looking forward to a great future both with the company and with my own treatment.

Contacted BMH after having received little to no help from an NHS doctor. They were so helpful, explained everything really well with no pressure or hard sell. They got me connected to an incredible doctor who has got me on a protocol which has been amazing for me. So grateful to Dr B and balance my hormones.

Couldn't reommend them more, they take the time to really understand your medical background/history and blood tests, and then explain very clearly your options and recommended course of action. Exceptional customer service and follow up care. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Tried TRT for 6 months but had zero effect except for raising estrogen levels which required extra medication. HGH was too expensive so left it there.
Despite their website stating they do not hold credit card details 5 months later after last contact they raised an Invoice and had it paid via Stripe WITHOUT my consent and despite custom and practice that ALL previous invoices were paid by me BEFORE service or product was sent. They did not reply to my email or telephone call.
I had to cancel my credit card to stop any more fraudulent transactions. TOTALLY Pd OFF !

I'm a BMH customer of one year. Rich who I dealt with is helpful and informative, I cannot comment on the other core team members as I never spoke to them. BMH use virtual assistants for general queries and they use are rubbish, you will be lucky if you get a reply from them, they are 3 out of 10 at best. This review is based mainly on the fact that when someone associated with this business tells you to 'F*** OFF' on social media, you know it's time to take your business elsewhere.
