received wrong polo shirt, 2 sizes down and made from 100% polyester. this is the second time Im buying from them and the 1st time when i got exactly same polo material/quality/size was completely different. would avoid dealing with them at all cost

This company provides a good product, but they are quite deceptive on many levels while doing it.
First they claim a link to Europe while having their office in the USA. When you order though, it ships directly from China.
Second, it is unclear what the product is made of. The site describes one thing, yet the tag does not provide any insightful information as to whether the clothing is actually made of what they say.
Lastly, and most importantly, they edit their reviews. I provided a three-star review with positives and negatives, yet they posted my viewed, edited to just the positive parts, with a five-star rating, which is a straight out lie.
Addit: In response to below, I appreciate that you are trying to improve these things that I have mentioned. It will be good to have clarity on some of these issues. However, my review on your site was definitely edited, the negative parts taken out and the star rating increased. When I contacted Balfour Atelier multiple times to get this taken down and also talk about the labels, I eventually got a response and the review taken down, and then was ghosted without further discussion about the materials. I will not email the below email, as I have already tried that process with no satisfying resolution.
