I had more than 13 servers from this hosting, some of my servers were exposed to a DDoS attack instead of fixing the problem, they suspended all services and closed my account and did not give me any backup copies of my servers

Unreliable and unstable, I do not advise you to ever deal with them, as you may lose your business reputation and lose your money

It is funny that if only one server is attacked then their entire network will stop working!

Slow support, required repeated pronging to get response.
Company was unable to verify US-issued credit card, and refused to offer different payment mechanism. Dragged their feet for 3 weeks instead of simply telling me they're unable to serve US customers. Avoid, waste of time.

Following up to company response - it's not a problem if company cannot charge a card or accept Paypal. It's lack of responses and not offering any alternative path - another card, photo of the card, Paypal payment, etc. The only reason i can come up with - company does not want to serve me; but instead of telling me this upfront, it just wastes my time, telling me to wait. Seems like a hobby, not a business.
