FRAUD ALERT!!! SCAM ALERT!!!

My wife called them on accident thinking she was calling Alaska Airlines. They pretended to be them and booked two flights, took her credit card info and then we found out they booked our flights for the wrong day and time and also booked unchangeable and non-cancel flights. Then when we called back, they couldn't tell us when the flights were booked for and just kept saying they'll have the original guy call back (which he never did) When I tried to call back, the number went to an automated system where they try to sell you life insurance... SUPER SCAM ALERT!!!!! DONT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!!! FRAUD!!!!!

This is fraud agency . Please don’t fall for its fake reviews . Everyone in this agency are frauds. Your sensitive information will be comprised. It was bad day that I ended up with this people and I have to cancel my travel plans because of them. Never ever share your card details with them .

fraud fraud FRAUD. Dont fall for it. Mr Valentino was the agent I spoke with and I was asked for moving my travel date. He charged my CC and also sent a confirmation for payment and said I would receive an email from Alaskaair.com. I assumed this is my final ticket. When I went to airport I realized that my final was not confirmed and they didn't allow my family to board. Later I realized this agency is BIG TIME FRAUDS. They use your CC for random purchases because I saw a charge of 750$ which I never authorized for and then I have to dispute it and block my card. Don't fall for such scams

Glen thank you so much for your service and help. I highly recommend their service. I was in a situation where my brother’s ticket was cancelled and the next day he had to travel but as I reached out to many online services it was highly impossible. But by God’s grace got in contact with Glen, he made this possible. And the supervisor was so compassionate and considerate. After a big tension, Glen and supervisor were very helpful and my brother flew on the same day. We were very happy. Thank you tons Glen. God bless you.

Complete scam. They say they’ll book your flight and then cancel it and steal your credit card information. Had to close my account afterwards. Do not fall for their scams!!!

Based on my experience with Bansal Travels it is my opinion that at least agent Ryan/Ryaan could be more up front with the booking process as I was confused by the charge amount leading to a loss of confidence on my part. I tried to book a flight w/Delta via Bansal. Ryan gave me a flight confirmation number and had me go to the delta web for verification. The flight confirmation was there so I told the credit card company accept the charge. The next morning I called Delta only to find out that flight had been cancelled due to not receiving funds. After many tries I got an agent. Got even more confusion and 3 calls later was told no record of any transactions had been done with Bansal. As of now the price of the ticket is only pending to be posted to my credit card. I hope Bansal will not do so. (3 days later) I just checked with my card company and apparently the charge was not placed on my card. I wish this could have gone smoother. P.S. I was able to book the flights directly with the airline for the same price with no extra charges and the process took only about 10 minutes.

Terrible group! I had a confirmed booking but wasn't on the Delta roster. Bansal "customer service" gave me three different stories, offered me other very expensive flight options, and hung up on me three different times before giving me the truth. I missed my friends wedding. They offered $75 off a future flight through them. Please don't let them ruin your plans.

Bansal travels inc is a total scam, this was the worst travel experience of my life.

I initially booked a round trip reservation from LA to Amsterdam with delta and paid an extra $200 because delta said that would give me the option to change my return ticket date for little or no additional fees.

When I decided to end my trip early and book a return ticket the confirmation email I received from delta led me to call bansal travels. The bansal agent informed me that delta had lied and I’d have to pay bansal travels $500 to book a ticket home the next day. This stick-up was only the begging.

The next day at the airport they informed me that I had no ticket and refused to let me board the plane. I was stranded in the airport for an agonizing 6 hour and was eventually forced to buy another return ticket for the following day for $920! In total because of bansal travels gross incompetence and negligence i lost roughly $2k when you factor in the additional hotel, food and cab fare expenses i was forced to incur due to my extended stay in Amsterdam.

I couldn’t get anyone from bansal travels on the phone for hours because their number was conveniently disconnected. When i eventually did get someone from bansal travels on the phone they said there’d been a glitch in the system preventing delta from receiving the message that I’d purchased a ticket, whatever that means.

They didn’t refund me anything and just gave me the usual run-around and said their supervisor would call me back. Of course no supervisor ever called me back and adding insult to injury their 1855-209-2214 was conveniently disconnected when i called back the next day.

As you can see from the other terrible reviews here I’m far from the only victim of bansal travels. They’re just a bunch of crooks who belong in jail. Stay away from them and avoid a fleecing.

Bansaltravel is an unprofessional and dishonest agency that does not care about customers at all. I purchased and booked and airfare ticket through them, and it was confirmed by them via e-mail with their reservation code. I also checked and confirmed with the airline with the confirmation code issued by Bansaltravel. Two days later the airline cancelled the itinerary reservation because Bansaltravel did not follow through with the last steps of the reservation. I contacted Bansaltravel to assist me and to correct the issue they created, however they wanted to charge 25% more of the original fair price. Avoid doing business with them at all possible.

I believe this Scam I make a reservation on 10/26/21 received a confirmation code and I thought I was all set . But then I find out the the price for my tickets were not guarantee at all when I call they end up hanging up the phone. Don’t trust this site 😡😡😡😡
