Customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen.
I emailed this company specifically to confirm before ordering as there were two different models shown in the listing photos. After customer service confirmed which clipper I was ordering I received the opposite. Even though their customer service told me wrong, they still refused a return. Extremely disappointed in this site and will never order from them again after the service I received. Please be 100% confident in what you’re ordering from this website but frankly I wouldn’t support this business.

Do not use this company I have a feeling I’m not going to get my product. It shows the tracking number canceled. They keep assuring me that I will get my product and I have not received it yet. After seeing all the reviews, it seems a lot of people have had the exact same issue.

Ordered a lather machine
Ordered a lather machine. It worked one day. Contacted customer service. After making some videos to prove the complaint they sent a return shipping label. The part has been returned now for 2 months. I’ve received nothing back from them. Emailed them 2 weeks ago. Said they’d contact me when shipping and receiving tells them something. Messaged them through the chat and no response. Top 3 worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

Horrible to do business with
I ordered 8 of the same item and only received 3 of them. I see they are no longer in stock and are most likely a discontinued item. They still charged me the full amount with no explanation. I reached out twice to customer service and haven't heard a word back. I am now working with my credit card in reversing the payment. Very poor business practices. Buyers beware.

Scam
Ordered a package of perfumes, they gave me a tracking number, and on the website it was written that package was delivered. I didn't receive it. So I got in touch with customer support, they advised that package is in the transnsit and if I have any problems to talk directly with USPS. I went to post office, they told me that package was delivered, but address doesn't match the one that I gave to barbersets. I asked the company to provide shipping level and they never responded back.

Total Scam
I ordered two Olaplex products. One bottle was completely empty with the top cut off. The other has fake product (wrong color and scent) with a label obviously stuck on by a person not a machine. Total scam! I'm stopping payment.
