They lied about their printing technique and quality of printing, resulting in prints on mugs fading and scratching off in less than 4 months with just regular dishwasher cleaning. They refused to refund despite the false advertising on their website, and then they changed their whole website and brand name, now going by Imprint For Less. Do not ever ever ever make the mistake of ordering from them, it's a scam.

Excellent customer service to help guide me and make changes to the proof I received. I ordered etched bar glasses as a Christmas favor gift for a business party and they turned out better than expected. Fast shipping on rush order. I will be ordering from them again next year.

Quoted 12-18 business days for production, now on day 21 with no start. Customer service only stonewalling and won't provide a timeline. If you have a deadline, particularly for holidays, this is not the company to use.

We ordered 200 custom designed glasses to use as favors for our wedding in October. While the production time did take significantly longer than stated in the FAQ on their site, we received them about 2 months after we placed our initial order. However, the glasses all arrived beautifully packaged and look amazing! I am so glad we chose to order through Bargain Mugs. Just make sure you give yourself plenty of time to receive the order! Thank you Bargain Mugs! We are so excited to gift these to our loved ones!

Ordered Mugs on 9/3. It is now 10/7. It look over a week to get a proof back and at that point was told it would be 8-12 business days. It's going on 20. I have tried repeatedly to contact them via email with ZERO response. I called today 10/7 and was told "they just were sent to shipping so they should be shipped out in the next few days"...the next few days!? So it will be close to 30 BUSINESS DAYS before I hopefully get them. If that is your turnaround time that is fine if you are upfront about it. But otherwise it's just crappy customer service. Their website says "The estimated normal production time is 5-10 business days after receipt of order.". This is a one color, not complicated order. I will not be ordering again unless I have months of time to wait. I am pretty understanding so if they had actually responded to my emails I probably would have been a bit more forgiving.

This company's service and product exceeded my expectation in all dimensions: telephone customer service, adaptability (even continuing to process quickly after my error), ease of process and use of website, speed of service, quality of mug, clarity of image, and price.

My experience with Bargain Mugs has been wonderful over the years. They get my stuff to me on time. I will keep using them.

I ordered 2 dozen wine glasses with some printing on them from this company. The printing is expertly done and looks to be top quality. I will use bargain mugs again when I need something designed.

I originally placed my order with another company but they couldn't meet my need by date. I contacted customer service at Bargain Mugs and they were so nice and helpful. The glasses were for a wedding - a surprice gift and arrived on time in mint condition. I will definetly use this company agian if I ever need something custom printed.

After several emails and phone calls back and forth, this company refuses to correct their inability to print to industry standards. I submitted a square logo to be printed on a pint glass, received a proof showing the square logo, but the printed glasses had a trapezoid logo.

They claim this is due to the screen printing following the curvature of the glass, thereby resulting in a warped image. This is not industry standard, I have in hand a glass printed from one of their competitors and the square is the correct measurements.

This is a small company with only one person providing support who refuses to change their position no matter the facts that are presented. I have an email from them stating they are incapable of printing a non-warped image on a pint glass. They don't know how to compensate for the curvature of the glass when preparing the artwork to be printed, which is industry standard.

My first order was for white mugs imprinted with my own artwork. They arrived on time and looked to be good quality. I ran a few samples through the dishwasher and microwave a couple times, an the ink did not fade or wash off. Very pleased!
